I called two days early to set an appointment for 530 pm the barber asked if I can make it earlier…read moreat 5pm. I told them I'm going to have to leave work early to make it but I'll make it. The day comes and I make it to the barber shop at 4:50 and sat down on there bench and waited. After 20 minutes one of the barbers tells me that the guy cutting your hair is going to be back in 20 minutes but you have to wait because there's another guy in front of you that needs a haircut which means after the 40 minute wait I have to then wait another 20-30 minutes until I get my haircut so I asked if any of the two are willing to cut my hair in the mean time instead of waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes past my appointment time they both declined so I waited until 540 until the barber finally showed up to his job and he still has to cut a clients hair before me. I unfortunately couldn't wait over an hour of my booked timed appointment because I set that time for a reason. No one apologized no one offered to help out. This barber shop is unprofessional for making their clients leave work early to make THEIR REQUESTED appointment time. The facility is dirty and there are water spots all over the ceiling, the seats to wait on is a hard bench with zero comfort. This company doesn't put care into their work nor put their clients first it's unprofessional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else unless your buddies with the barbers because they seem to be the only people getting the customer service that is deserved. Totally unorganized.
