We walked in with no appointment and they immediately took us back. The staff was so inviting and friendly. The salon is so colorful, fun and inviting for children. Ours little guys wanted to play in the lobby after their hair appointments and it was hard getting them out. With all the fun colors and toys it's so fun. For the first hair cut they made it very special. Our little guy was so relaxed he sat still the entire hair cut. Both my boys have curly hair and they cut his hair exactly as I had wished. With the first haircut package you get a bagged lock of their hair, a certificate and a picture of the new haircut. It was a very special/memorable experience. Our older son is 6 1/2 and he has very curly hair. My husband started a haircut and couldn't finish since our son is adhd and struggles with sitting still. Our hairdresser manager to cut his hair with ease and it's probably the best haircut he's ever got. We loved our experience and look so forward to coming back.
