Determined it was just a little condensation, no leak. But to be sure, he touched up the flashing on the roof and did a couple of spot sealing. The solar tube is now for sure water tight. His work was quick and he cleaned up after. Best part was he did not charge anything. They do free inspections. First American Roofing will be our go to company from now on. They had no problem with that. With a break in the weather, they started repairs. The roof was replaced. They also contracted for the steel siding replacement and lined up someone to replace the garage door. A skylight and gutter downspouts were also replaced. First American Roofing took care of everything and worked closely with our insurance. Because of their detail to everything, I would recommend them anyone that requires roofing or siding. We have tried contacting them multiple times about things that were off due to their poor installation. My heart is breaking for my father who no longer can get on the roof and repair it. I know that he looks at the roof everyday and is upset with the job that was done. I feel as tho my immigrant parents were cheated on this project and possibly more. Please don't waste your time or money.

All…read moreCraft Exteriors was working on a neighbors house, so we decided to give them a call to see if they could send someone by to give us an estimate to repair the damage. Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

Horrible unlicensed contractor in Winona, MN area, stay away. Contacted in May 2022, could do it in…read morea month, called multiple times no response then a call out of the blue in August 2022 to finally do a job. Hired for job in Wisconsin, said he was licensed and bonded. He is not licensed for WI for any work and only registered in MN where he is only allowed one skill set masonary/concrete being registered but is doing excavation as well which is 2 skill sets per MN and is required to be licensed, he is not , states are investigating. Ty over charges, gives you a low ball quote then increases the cost. He doesnt listen, starts work before permits are pulled and posted. After first day I said cease all work, he continued the second day then wanting to charge me. To top it off that second day he trys to find me looking up my address and goes to my 85 year old mothers apartment harassing her, a restraining order was issued. Need I say more yet he wants his inflated costs paid being an unlicensed contractor. Picture 1 shows his excavation not licensed to do in Wisconsin or Minnesota, permits not approved or posted. Picture 2, had fill delivered not approved to do so and then said he leveled with fill, still looks the same today pic 3. Talk to other contractors in town commercial and residential the truth comes out.
