Dishonest company!!! CONSUMERS BE WARNED!!! Do not use this company! We have had them out twice. The first time in January 2019 they made us pay cash only $235. They said call every 2 years for a pump. Our toilet started bubbling so I called them back out today, January 2, 2020. Their new charge is $295. I had to leave the house to go get cash while he was here and by the time I got back he was wrapping up his hose and completely done. The service guys name was Mike. I have him clocked on our Ring doorbell as well as our ADT Pulse cameras hooking up the hose and disconnecting the hose all within 4 minutes! Mike claimed to have even done "extra" work of pulling roots out. There were no roots pulled out on camera! And how is it possible to pump 1250 gallons in less than 4 minutes??? Impossible! Mike was a real hot head when I asked how he got it all done in 4 minutes. I paid him in cash and later I called to speak to the manager or owner and spoke to Crystal who is Mike's wife! I got nowhere fast. This company is dishonest! They have been reported to the BBB. Consumers be warned!!!!! I give a negative star review for dishonesty and swindling people. read more

Great company obviously needed their services called around town & most reasonable $ price & quickest. I had originally scheduled & canceled... (big mistake on my part) but they fit me in & responded. Laura (on phone) was attentive & empathic follow up was ok they get busy so be patient but if they say their coming they will. Hopefully will not need them for awhile but will definitely store their number for future & refer as needed read more

Well, here goes... I called and had a woman answer later I learned this is Denny's wife, and told her my toilets would not flush. She explained she could have a tech out later that day and I made the appointment, driver showed up and said it needed pumped out and it would cost 240 with the additive treatment , I agreed and he started the work of pumping out the septic. He asked me to go inside and run some water about ten minutes into the pumping and when I returned he had stopped pumping recovered and had the grass back on top and said it all looked good! Said to call in two years for another pump out, 3 weeks later my septic filled up again I called back and got some run around bull and said they would send out jonny, when he arrived he pocked around for 2 ,I jets or so and said drain field is shot! We'll this would have been nice knowing this three weeks earlier! He asked if I wanted another pump out and I kindly asked him to get the fuck out! I called for city hook up and would have saved money if I had done this first! Never call a small business for important work as jonny mentioned that the first guy must have bamboozled me! I have to give Denny's a pat on the back. They obviously had an employee that was not doing the job. He had come out to our house to pump out the tank but we couldn't be there. Of course we had to leave a check for them to come out. When we got home we had a receipt that said it was all done and completed. Within two months we couldn't flush once again, so knowing that we had just had the tank emptied we called our plumbers to come find out what the issue was. The first thing they checked was the tank and promptly said that the tank was full and that was the problem. Well....$120 dollars later, (for the plumber, emergency fee) I called Denny's and they said that they would return to pump it out again. The guy that came to my house the first time no longer works there, so apparently this was not the first time this had happened. My only suggestion to Denny's would be to call every client that had this lazy, no good, dishonest guy at their house and tell them you'd like to come out and check out the job. Chances are he didn't do their pump out either and it will save the clients a lot of money by not having to call a plumber out to confirm what you already know. They will remember you for the high level of customer service. read more

Too bad you can't give 0 stars.... Had my septic pumped out at our duplex on 1/23/16. He charged us $195.00 to "pump it out". My receipt says he pumped out 1000 gallons of septage but "the drainfield is failing and will cause problems very soon so you should think about replacing it". Fast forward to today 3/3/16. Tenants are having back up issues again so I called a different company. They came out and said there were over 3 feet of solids which were causing the back up. He said all Denny's did was suck out the liquid. SO BEWARE!!! And oh by the way he said nothing is wrong with the drainfield..... read more
