Well, yesterday I had to find someone to help us with a now busted pipe (hole in pipe size of a golf ball) I asked around in our neighborhood Facebook group, and they all recommended All about Septic, so I called them again to help. Jason and Tiffany really worked with us to make it possible to be taken care of. As a single income family in this economy its hard and we are scraping by, they really made an effort to help when it was needed. I will more then likely never use another septic company as long as I live here. The staff I have had contact with are all very nice. I would 100% recommend this company over and over again. They have been cheaper then others and the customer care is really great!

They do business the old fashion way, like a company should; by taking care of the customer and informing them upfront of what to expect with no gimmicks etc. - just honesty. That alone is commendable. Ive never owned a home with a septic tank & had heard horror stories so was anxious when I called. Samantha was courteous and walked me through the process. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. Your employee, Randy Diaz, is impressive and so very nice. You will be glad you chose to go with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

He kept good communication letting me know he was coming. He did an outstanding job of pumping out my tank and went the extra mile in breaking up sludge. He was the most inexpensive of all the companies I talk to. He also had suggestions on how to replace my lid as it dropped in the tank. Great job Mike I will be using you again in the future!

Since this was not an urgent matter, I agreed to wait. Called back in 3 days, thinking that gave him enough time to fix the truck, only to find out that my number was blocked. I tried to call using my wife's phone and Mike picked up the phone telling me that he will not be able to come because he is out of town and asked to give him another few days. I gave him another 3 days and called him back. Mike blocked my number and my wife's number. I was shocked, so called him from my house number and Mike told me that he is sorry, but he still did not fix his truck, but if I should give him another 2-3 days he will find the way to make it to my house. I was outraged and just sent him a message not to bother. I waisted over a week with a company that absolutely does not care about customers. If you don't want to be treated the same way, don't waste your time with Mike ( Ashton Septic Tanks ), and find a company who are real professionals.

After having 2 other companies come out giving inaccurate reviews of my septic system using methods…read morethat are not allowed to determine a pass or fail, I am so thankful i called Wayne at Crotty Services and he was able to come out and do a proper inspection and pump my tanks. He is incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of septic systems and explained everything as he was working. He is also HONEST and will give you an honest review of your system. Other companies will look to make you feel like you need to spend a lot of money on a system that is working as intended just because they can. Dont waste your time or money on other companies when Crotty Services will do it right the first time and give you an honest assessment. They are not looking to take advantage of you for their financial gain. The other 2 companies that came out contradicted themselves on which tank was which, stuck their hand in the water and then smelled it to "confidently" determine which tank it was, sketched the tanks in the incorrect orientation, didn't even check one of the tanks before saying the tank was bad and performed checks on the tank incorrectly to determine a pass or fail. One of those companies have a lot of good reviews (the same company that didnt know what tank was what...) as well so that is very concerning. I wish i could give 10 stars because this is hands down the best company to call for your septic needs.

Nick educated me on what was going on with the septic system. But best of all, he gave me instructions on how to be proactive and preventative so as to minimize future issues. As this was an emergency call I was not serviced that same day I called, but I did not remove any stars for that because I was seen within 24 hours of my call. In my opinion that is professional service. Brenda, the operator was very professional on the phone and it was great to get a live person rather than a recording. Keep up the good work Cooke's and kudos to your HR department for hiring professional and considerate people who obviously like their jobs at Cooke's.
