I hired them to do the pump, Bubba came out and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us some good information. Well, yesterday I had to find someone to help us with a now busted pipe (hole in pipe size of a golf ball) I asked around in our neighborhood Facebook group, and they all recommended All about Septic, so I called them again to help. Jason and Tiffany really worked with us to make it possible to be taken care of. As a single income family in this economy its hard and we are scraping by, they really made an effort to help when it was needed. I will more then likely never use another septic company as long as I live here. The staff I have had contact with are all very nice. I would 100% recommend this company over and over again. They have been cheaper then others and the customer care is really great!

They do business the old fashion way, like a company should; by taking care of the customer and informing them upfront of what to expect with no gimmicks etc. - just honesty. That alone is commendable. Ive never owned a home with a septic tank & had heard horror stories so was anxious when I called. Samantha was courteous and walked me through the process. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. Your employee, Randy Diaz, is impressive and so very nice. You will be glad you chose to go with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Karina called me back to let me know that an employed would be there shortly. Esdras (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly) called just like expected and came within an hour. I know I will have to relay the information to my parent's, whose home was being serviced, so I loved the fact that when I asked questions, he was patient and simple with his explantation to what the issue was. I appreciate that he didn't make it sound like if we didn't get further work done right then and there, that the tank would "explode!" which is the feeling I get from other services (from plumbing, electrical, car maintenance, etc) if you don't do an extra $1k+ of work. He let me know what the next step would be and I feel comfortable knowing that I can make a good decision with the information given. I will definitely be using them in the future and have already recommended them to friends an family.

He kept good communication letting me know he was coming. He did an outstanding job of pumping out my tank and went the extra mile in breaking up sludge. He was the most inexpensive of all the companies I talk to. He also had suggestions on how to replace my lid as it dropped in the tank. Great job Mike I will be using you again in the future!

This is by far the worst septic service I came across. Spoke with Mike 9 days ago about my septic…read morepump-out. He said that his truck broke down and he will take care of me in a couple of days. Since this was not an urgent matter, I agreed to wait. Called back in 3 days, thinking that gave him enough time to fix the truck, only to find out that my number was blocked. I tried to call using my wife's phone and Mike picked up the phone telling me that he will not be able to come because he is out of town and asked to give him another few days. I gave him another 3 days and called him back. Mike blocked my number and my wife's number. I was shocked, so called him from my house number and Mike told me that he is sorry, but he still did not fix his truck, but if I should give him another 2-3 days he will find the way to make it to my house. I was outraged and just sent him a message not to bother. I waisted over a week with a company that absolutely does not care about customers. If you don't want to be treated the same way, don't waste your time with Mike ( Ashton Septic Tanks ), and find a company who are real professionals.
