This is a response to a complaint listed below: We have been working for Peter & Nikki G. for several months to resolve their multiple water issues. Daniel has been their technician, and as everyone who knows Daniel can attest, he is a man of honesty, integrity, and strong work ethic. He is very thorough and goes beyond what's expected of him to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. We were called because their home was without water. We were told that the breaker was tripping, so Daniel did a system diagnostic and found a significant electrical problem. They have both a 3hp irrigation pump and a 1hp house pump on a 20amp breaker. This is a fire hazard and not consistent with Martin County Code and electrical standards. The 2 pumps are tapped together in a junction box with wire nuts, but each pump should be on a dedicated breaker. Our staff informed them that they needed an electrician; however, the homeowners expected Daniel to fix their problem for free stating they have paid enough already. Daniel was instructed by the homeowner to replace the breaker, which is only a bandage, not a resolution to the bigger issue. They demanded that we do the electrical work; and when Daniel reminded them that we are not licensed electricians, they demanded that we provide an electrician at our expense. It's unfortunate that the relationship escalated from cordial to belligerent and accusatory; however, with regard to the work product, I'm confident we have provided the correct technical advice and service that's in the best interest of the homeowner, their equipment and their safety. The following is a complaint from homeowner Nikki g., dated June 7, 2022: St. Lucie Pump & Water Supply worked on our well-water system. We paid a high bill for us. The very next day the system was not working. We called them, complained and asked them to fix it. The only thing they did was "drama". When I said they were talking too much and making drama, they yelled at me on the phone. I said "I will post a bad review" Then first they said I threaten them. I said it is only FACT and it is my right to put a review. Then they threaten me to call their lawyer and it didn't make me scared because I didn't do anything wrong. He threatened me to call Martin County. In my opinion, yelling at a woman and threatening her is not a nice to work ethic. I do not want to say too much but I want to warn you. Called the office when my water stopped flowing. Was told Daniel would be there later in the day. Daniel called soon after telling me he would be at my home after he did another "no water"job after 4:00 & he would call first. He did & arrived around 6:30. He diagnosed the problem ,ran some tests for pressure & motor, etc & said everything else everything else was working properly & i was very pleased with that. His explanations were easy to understand Exolaining how the pump & well worked & the job was quickly finished. Would definitely use St Lucie pump again & highly recommend them. I also did my homework, beforehand, asking for recommendations from people that know about wells & plumbing & was told that St Lucie Pump was fair & very honest which they are....thanks again to Daniel!!! read more

Honest & Fair! My well pump stopped working at around 9pm. Since I was going to bed, I waited until the next morning and called. They put me on the list and about 4 hours later, Tom arrived. He did his troubleshooting, gave me the details, I approved and it was over in less than a hour. No price gouging, no hustling an extra buck, just honest and fair service and pricing. It's one of the few businesses left in this area that, when the bill is totaled, I do not feel taken advantage of. This is the second call they have made to my home and both trips had the same result - Great service, no gouging! I added their number to my contacts! We are very pleased with the service Daniel provided yesterday. He replaced our old pump which had become completely rusted and destroyed. this pump was only 3.5 years old. He went above and beyond to find out why this happened. What he found was our water softener had been backwashing into the pump area and rusting everything in its path, something that should never have happened. He educated me on how everything should have been set up and fixed the whole situation as it should have been done in the first place.
