Josh the manager and Josh the one of the head mechanics are personable knowledge, and honest, This morning I took a QX60 to recharge the A/C and when I described the behavior Josh assured of what I thought --- the A/C was cutting out because the car was idling in a 95 degree sun for too long and with no air flow over the radiator, the system shut off the compressor. He said it wasn't worth spending the money to top up the pressure if it worked as is. And as the last manager Lance Foss was also high in my esteem, I can assume that the N Conway franchise will keep its reputation.

Many big shops will put in a small amount of oil, coolent etc and charge you for the ENTIRE bottle or jug.....not Ray. He checks his work before you leave to be sure you're safe. Last big shop I went to changed out a control arm, and before I got home it was clunking. The mechanic didn fully tighten the bolt. Yeah, thats not cool. I been coming here for a while and will continue to do so. Ray has never done me or my Jeep wrong.
