When I got my vehicle back I became aware of what took so long. In the bed of my truck were beer cans. So the two possibilities that I can think of are 1. Someone at Wolfords was using my truck for personal use, which included consuming alcohol or 2. Wolfords allows their employees to consume alcohol on the job. Neither option is great. Either way, I was upset with how long the job took and was put out of ease that there were beer cans in the back of my vehicle.

Don Harvey's Garage is by far the best wrecker service in Arkansas, quite possibly the USA!…read more I ran over an animal going East on I-40 trying to get my brother to Los Angeles and my gas tank was punctured and leaking everywhere, Don's Tow service came to pick me up at 12:00 AM. I stayed in a hotel for the night and then had to get on the road in a rental to continue the trip. 5 days later I returned the rental car and asked Don if he could send someone to pick me up 35 miles away in Searcy, Arkansas. Don (who is the owner by the way) picked me up himself and didn't charge anything extra. While on the road we were talking. Apparently Don is the Assistant Fire Chief. He also was able to convince the insurance adjuster that is shouldn't be collision ($500 Deductible), but should be comprehensive ($100). In the end, I paid much less than expected. Don and his crew took great care of me, my family, and my car. If you ever get caught near Des Arc, call Don!
