When I got my vehicle back I became aware of what took so long. In the bed of my truck were beer cans. So the two possibilities that I can think of are 1. Someone at Wolfords was using my truck for personal use, which included consuming alcohol or 2. Wolfords allows their employees to consume alcohol on the job. Neither option is great. Either way, I was upset with how long the job took and was put out of ease that there were beer cans in the back of my vehicle.

The owners at Wilson's gave an estimate for around $1,300 to repair all damages, but required seeing what our insurance company had approved before they would continue repairs. My mother showed them that it had been approved for around twice as much, but failed to mention my $1,000 deductible. This company immediately almost doubled their price and took advantage of my retired mother that has little experience handling these types of issues. These people are running a bait and switch tactic and cannot be trusted. If I had been in town at that time, they would not have gotten our business. I hope others do not fall victim to their poor business ethics.
