To say I had a GREAT experience at Dent Kraft would be an understatement. From beginning to end Don and his team took exceptional care of my vehicle and me. My experience started when I noticed a soft-ball sized dent in my rear quarter panel the day after the "Polar Vortex". Luckily, the dent was in an area where I could access it from inside the trunk and push it mostly back into place. However, the dent wasn't 100% perfect and I'm rather particular about my car. So I decided I would explore options to make it perfect again. I work close to a chain auto body shop and went there to inquire about repairing the remaining damage. They were quick and cordial, however, they quoted me around $1,000 to repair the damage. They even encouraged me to file an insurance claim. Even to my untrained eye, I knew that it was not $1,000 worth of damage nor was it worth starting an insurance adventure. Knowing I could not justify spending that much to fix this, I took to google. I called one paintless dent removal company that is close to my work and they did not answer their phone. Then I called Dent Kraft. I spoke to Troy on the phone who was extremely friendly and told me I could stop by any time to have them assess and estimate the damage. I arrived at their nice, clean shop about an hour later and was quickly greeted by Troy. He came out immediately and assessed the damage on my car. I told him I wasn't needing it to be perfect, but was hoping for an improvement. He quickly exclaimed that they will have no problem making it perfect again. We then went inside and he used their no-gimmick system to determine the cost of the repair. He quoted me $200 to fix the damage which to me was extremely reasonable and affordable. He let me know that I could probably come in just about any day and they could fix it while I wait. I scheduled the job for a Friday at 8 am to fit my work schedule. Later, I called and asked if they had any availability for the next day (when I discovered that I could make that work) and they said "no problem, come in at the same time tomorrow." I was excited to get this taken care of in less than 24 hours total. I arrived at their shop a few minutes before they opened the next day and they already had their open sign illuminated. I was quickly greeted by Don, the owner. He came and took a quick look at the car and led me to their fantastic waiting room where he got coffee prepared for me and informed me that it should be about an hour or so for the repair to be complete. He is incredibly friendly and genuine. He clearly enjoys his career and his customers (even those with jobs as small as mine). I then was able to wait in their waiting room and do some work remotely, enjoy some coffee and make some phone calls. About 45 minutes after my car was pulled into their shop, Don came in to let me know that my repair was almost finished but that he also had some bad news. My car was leaking oil and leaking it quickly. There were several large spots of oil on the floor of the Dent Kraft shop. Despite the fact that my car had made a mess of their beautiful shop floor, Don and team were more concerned that there was something wrong with my car than they were about their own shop. They couldn't be more unselfish. (After I left their shop I brought my car to where I recently had the oil changed and it was determined that they didn't seat the oil filter correctly...what a relief!) About 20 minutes later they pulled my car around front and it looked absolutely perfect! I would challenge even the most trained eye to look at my car and determine that any dent ever existed in the area they worked on! I then went into their shop again, where they were happy to accept any form of payment (not true for the first shop I visited) and gave them a well-spent $200. I could not be more pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, work, environment and care for my car and me displayed by Dent Kraft. When I arrived to work I made it a point during "water cooler talk" to let everyone know how amazing my experience at Dent Kraft was and encouraged others to take their cars there if they have similar issues. Like any consumer, I encounter a lot of companies when purchasing goods and services. I am rarely compelled to write a review (whether positive or negative) but Dent Kraft went so far above and beyond my expectations in every way that I wanted to give a HUGE THANKS to Don and his team. read more

I've used DentKraft a handful of times over the last five years. Every time I use them I am amazed. I leave and want to call ll my friends and tell them how great the service is. Two times they agreed to try and remove a dent that realistically shouldn't have been removed by their method. Both times they did amazing work. This is the coolest thing ever! You can have a dent removed without going to the body shop. DentKraft was referred to me by a workmate when I discovered a golf ball size dent in my black 2017 Porsche 911 (my baby).
