The Ham Lake location was a little backed up due to staff shortages. I okay'd having my car "shipped" to a secondary location for the actual repairs. It ended up in Sauk Rapids. My main contact person was Justin and he was wonderful with customer service communication. I received updates 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks. I also received text messages to follow along with repair updates. Somehow it worked out that they finished early and were able to "ship" my car back to Ham Lake a day earlier than what was quoted on the text updates. Getting my first look at my car after repairs were done, it looked so pretty! Can't even tell anything was broken in the first place. Thank you for all your help!

I tried contacting them on Tuesday, Wednesday an twice on Thursday before anybody returned my calls just to find out that they needed more parts an it won't be ready till Tuesday. I'm fucking pissed. Why even have me drop it off on Sunday when they wouldn't even touch it till Wednesday morning??? Hoping I get it back in --this morning they told me it would be ready by 5. It's now 2 an there telling me they have to post pone yet again till tomorrow this company sucks!
