I had issues with my Mazda Tribute in 2013. My friends, who went to school with the kids of this family, 35 years ago, and who dealt with their business for 20 years, told me to come here. I live out of state from MN and I needed a trailer. I bought an XL Trailer from Friedrich's over the phone and from the pictures on their website. They made it look like it was in good condition. When I received it, I was in utter shock. It looked like it had been sitting next to the Titanic. Friedrich's gave it a paint job and said it was good to go. I talked with them after I received it and told them it was a rust bucket. They should have never sold this trailer, it should have been scrapped. The owner sent me a check for $4500.00, it only covered a 1/4 of what needed to be repaired on it. I'm writing this review for anyone looking from another state to buy anything from these guys. In all my years I never thought anyone ethical could sell this trailer to anyone in such unusable and poor condition. The owner of this business is a prick. Buyer beware!! We stopped in here to take a look at some vehicles that Friedrich's had for sale. Roger Friedrich treated us very well, and we were able to test drive a beautiful Buick they had for sale. They also do work on vehicles. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicles here for service. It's a great local shop with friendly service. read more

I've been going here for the last three years and feel so very grateful to have found this place. I thought I was going to need some brake work done today, in addition to my oil change, but they checked everything over and told me I was still good to go for awhile yet. This is the kind of thing that sets them apart because they could have just done the work and I wouldn't have known the difference. Also, they have a deal where after a number of oil changes you get one free. I had forgotten that today was my free one and THEY brought it up to ME. Nothing fancy but all-around, down to earth, good, honest vibes from this place! read more
