To my surprise, my phone call was answered immediately and not by some answering service. It was the tow truck driver himself who answered my call and I must say; he (Dave) was very nice and helpful. He said he would arrive within 30 minutes and he in-fact did just that. When he arrived, he was very nice and pleasant to talk to even while hooking up my car to load on his truck. He was equally nice and pleasant to talk to while driving to my mechanic's shop where I wanted my car to be dropped off for repair. Overall I would say this entire experience was the best customer service I had ever experienced. This company has to be one of the best in the entire country in my opinion.
