This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. When my husband asked for a bill all he got was a business card as Jack and Pauly did not have a receipt that also included a warranty. They came to the house and performed the repair. I gave them one star because they pushed out the dent about 90% and then painted with a color that 90% matched So I called them and called them and emailed them.
