We saved between $2000 -3000 in fees when we had him repair our leased vehicle before turning it back at end of lease. Just when I thought quality legitimate customer service was gone in California, I met Brett. I can't tell you how relieved I was to have someone show up who knew what they were talking about, loved what they did, and took the same amount of pride in his work as I do with my personal car. I had someone hit my parked truck and left me with a nice softball sized dent in the fender. I am planning to sell my truck and didn't want the blister of a dent to keep prospective buyers from looking closer and decided to get it fixed. I would definitely recommend Dent Rejuvenator. First saw them at the Orange County Swap Meet and took their card. I have three cars with small dings which is an eyesore to me. A few days after getting their card, I had them come out and do one of my cars to see just how good of a job they would do. I was skeptical. However, I was amazed at their outstanding work. I couldn't believe they got the dent out. A couple of weeks ago I had them come out and do my other two cars. Again, they did a fantastic job. Normally, I don't write reviews. However, their customer service and outstanding work deserve to be mentioned. I know you can't please everyone all the time. Would not recommend. They made an appointment with me for an 2 hr slot and didn't even call until 45 mins after the appointment time saying that they will be late. Later Mary calls back and said she wants a picture of the car with the damage before coming to give me a quote because it has to be qualified before the technician shows up?! Last year around this time Brett took my 2007 Acura and went through it with a fine tooth comb to remove scratches and dings. As per my previous review, it came out great. Now 1 year later, I sold that car and bought a new one. One of the things I didn't like was that there was a lot of chrome. I'm extremely disappointed with their quality of service! I visited them at the Orange County fair ground. My brand new Audi's bumper was hit by a large rock on the highway. I was hoping their can fix the dent and paint. Their employee tried to pry open the tow hook cover on the bumper with a metal pryer tool and chipped the paint on my bumper and left a deep 3 each long scrape mark on my brand new car! I was really mad on the spot and all they did was buffing the scrape mark a little bit leaving the mark still very visible, and roughly touched up the paint chip and sent me away. They told me the touch up paint will shrink and look better. No, it won't look better! I went home and discovered the quality of the touch up job was piss poor. I was left with a damaged bumper which was in a worse condition than it was before I let them work on it! Now i have to have a body shop to repaint the whole bumper. I can't not believe they still claim a A+ BBB rating. They did not properly fix the damages done by them. If I wasn't urging them on the spot, they wouldn't even do the touch up job. As a customer, I'm extremely disappointed and angry. I would highly discourage others from using them! Customers be aware!! read more

UPDATING my review - We have used Dent Rejuvenator for the past 7-8 years on 5 different cars. They always do a professional job and their rates are very fair. Just today they came out and fixed a big crease in my front fender, a chip in my windshield (which is almost invisible now), and a bunch of the usual door dings. The car looks fanstatic. We are also having them do some body work (covered by insurance - they are on Mercury's approved list) on one of our other cars after a minor accident. Would definitely recommend them!! read more
