I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work Mike did on my bumper. I have a bright orange fiat. It's a very difficult color to match but he did a great job. Unfortunately, I didn't take any "before" pictures. I found Mike working in my sister's neighborhood as I was walking her dog. I asked him to give me an estimate. It's one thing that Bumper Buddies did crappy work on my car but they've made the situation a hundred times worse by completely ignoring an unhappy customer. The owner was sent pictures and video of the PDR work done to my car over a month ago and I have since been strung along by them with no resolution and no acknowledgement of the issue whatsoever. I also sent the same pictures to other PDR specialists in the area and was told the work Bumper Buddies did on my car was "30 minutes of shoddy work" and "they sent a beginner over to practice on your car." Given how this company pushes that customer service is a top priority and guarantee their work for 3 years on their website, I find this company to be incredibly disingenuous and would never recommend them to anyone read more
