They said that they fixed the radio slot because the radio was loose, they folded 2 pieces of foam rubber and put it on each side with no front plate because they broke it. We had asked them to do a lot of little things and they did none of them. They had our car for two weeks and did basically nothing. But you get charged for hours and somehow they claim to have spent a lot of time on it, I really don't know how. I will NEVER take a car there again nor will I recommend this garage to anyone that I know.Extremely disappointed!!!!

He took the time to evaluate my car AND show me what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed. I needed gaskets for my exhaust. I left the shop after the diagnostic in search of the parts. Took the parts back the same day and my car was on the rack within 30 mins. The repair took about another 30 mins. Pricing? REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE! I had to ask him twice for the price bc I couldn't believe it. Car came off the rack acting brand new. They have earned a lifetime customer. I have taken my cars to Fred for over 20 years. I drove my 2006 Elantra to 304,000 miles, mainly because Fred maintained it for most of its life. My 2023 Elantra has 50k on it and was recently serviced by Fred. My car isn't new and has a good amount of miles but it feels new. The Easterling Bros maintain my car and i worry about nothing. We just took a 1600 mile round trip with no issues at all in my older vehicle. Next month i will get new tires from them and aside from general maintenance including oil change, i have a "like new" car. Making an appointment is super easy.
