I have unfortunately have had the opportunity to have three vehicles be repaired at Tallmadge Collision Centers (TCC). My experience in each has been nothing short of outstanding. Their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced in the auto service industry over the past 30 years. Most recently our 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander was involved in a accident where the other driver turned left in front of us leading to the Outlander not being able to be driven. Without hesitation, I informed the flatbed operator to deliver it to TCC. Once the vehicle arrived, it was only hours before the team at TCC began the job of assessing the damage. One big benefit in working with TCC is that they are a trusted service provider with State Farm Insurance such that they are able to serve as the "adjustor" and complete estimates and coordinate repair without waiting on a visit from State Farm to proceed. In the case of our Outlander, the Damage was quite significant at over $11,000. Robert at TCC made the process as comfortable as it could be walking us though the details, and even showing us the vehicle after being disassembled to review the entirety of the needed repairs. Robert contacted us regularly to update the progress and the estimated date of completion was always discussed and adjusted as appropriate. Final delivery was a few days ahead to the initial estimate. The repairs were excellent in quality in that the vehicle was returned to us actually in better condition than prior to the accident. With a lifetime of our ownership warranty, there is no need to be concerned if difficulties associated with the accident and repairs were to arise down the road. Our experience from previous suggests that we will not need to make use of that warranty. The vehicle was fully detailed both interior and exterior prior to delivery upon completion of the repairs. I highly recommend Tallmadge Collision. I had damage done to my 2006 Mustang convertible on the passenger side while it was unoccupied in a parking lot. TCC completed excellent work within a week. I chose TCC because of the reviews online and information from acquaintances. I am so happy that my car was in their hands. Derek was very conscientious in contacting me regarding their work. He kept me up to date. Todd in Quality Control was also very helpful. I first met him when I was leaving TCC one day and Derek was at lunch. He asked if he could help since Derek was unavailable. He was super in taking care of other issues. Neither pressured me about the additional work I had done. I am extremely pleased with their work. My 13 year old car looks great. Without Derek and Todd I would not have known about the underneath problems related to my car that had nothing to do with the exterior damage. TCC's relationship with Enterprise also made it easy to have use of car during the week. The front office was also very cordial. Tallmadge Collision Center truly is the best place to take your car after you've been in accident or you just want to make that body look like new again. We've had my wife's 2012 Cruze there twice since she purchased it and both times the work was great. After the latest little mishap I called my insurance company to report what happened and I told them that the repairs would be handled by TCC. The adjuster came to our house on Monday morning surveyed the damage issued us a check for repair and we went immediately to TCC. At the shop we were introduced to Carl McCullough. He did the estimate for us and then walked us through the repair process. What needed done, how long it would take and what might happen if there as any unseen damage. Sure enough there was some additional damage but as he stated my insurance company would have no problem writing another check. Carl was able to schedule us the following day which was Tuesday and said the car would be ready late Friday. It was ready looks great and we are very happy. These guys did nice work and were extremely helpful and courteous to work with. They kept me updated regarding communications with the insurance company (there was concern on my part insurance would 'total' the car for what was essentially cosmetic damage) and were honest with me as to what would happen if it were totaled. Fortunately for all, it was not, and the repairs were given a thumbs up. TCC, through Derek and Todd, continued to keep me apprised on progress, starting with when parts would come in, where they came from, etc. There were some problems getting a headlamp replacement (had to be ordered like 3 times), but that was due to the source sending defective units and not TCC, and Derek again kept me updated on progress. I was just happy they didn't try to 'make do' with a less than ideal replacement. I was also concerned about getting a perfect match on the paint work and they seem to have accomplished that in spades. All in all, a smooth and satisfying process, and the car looks great! read more

Tallmadge Collision Center has to be the best auto body repair company in northeast Ohio! They kindly provided a very low-cost - and then later a free - repair on my 2006 Honda Civic's front bumper that came loose on both sides. I was completely amazed by their kindness and generosity, as well as speedy work. Then recently following an auto accident, of course I took my vehicle to Tallmadge Collision for repair, and they again surpassed my expectations: 1) Repairs were completed several days earlier than estimated; 2) Body work is extremely professional - several relatives say it looks like new and is beautiful; 3) Tallmadge Collision added extras like cleaning the interior and exterior, and seemingly buffed a few scratches out of the body that were not part of the repair. This company provides high quality service by technicians who are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help their customers. Very happy with their service, price, and friendliness. 1st time customer. I ran over a semi truck tire carcass on the expressway, and it tore off part of my rear bumper. I drive an Audi and figured it would be an expensive repair, I live near TCC and drive past it often, so I stopped in to get a quote. I did not have an appointment, but they assigned Brad to me and he was very professional and prompt. The quote took about 10 minutes and was more than reasonable. This was my first visit to Tallmadge Collision!! I had gotten into a small fender bender and I was so stressed because I had never been in one. But Carl was super helpful and explained how everything worked without making me feel dumb. We have a 2015 Volkswagen Beetle that was damaged. I called and made my report with my insurance carrier, State Farm. The Rep asked if I wanted one of there Select Body Shops to do the work...I said yes if Tallmadge Collision Center was on it. And sure enough they still were. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in there shop several years ago which they did an absolutely great job repairing. I have had two prior repairs there due to uninsured motorists. The work is undetectable, the staff goes out of there way to make things easy dealing with insurance companies and keeping me informed. I had my Honda Pilot worked on at Tallmadge Collision, they basically welcomed me into the office. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. I explained my problem and Derek took me out to my car looked at the dent and explained the process in detail. They helped me arrange for a rental vehicle while they worked on mine.
