We had asked them to do a lot of little things and they did none of them. They had our car for two weeks and did basically nothing. But you get charged for hours and somehow they claim to have spent a lot of time on it, I really don't know how. They were very easy to work with, and completed the inspection very quickly. It was extremely thorough, including a road test, tire/brake/rotor checks, transmission fluids, etc. Josh also took pictures of any issues with the car and quoted prices on a repairs, which I was able to use at a bargaining tool. The price of the inspection was on the high side ($275 including tax) which is about $125 more than the national inspection companies but it was a much more thorough inspection. Wouldn't hesitate to use Layland Motors again and highly recommend their service.
