My children recently started going to this place and so far , we have had a great experience with all of the staff. My 8 year old daughter needed some hard work done to her teeth. Dr. jazmine was wonderful, patient and warming, which made the entire process smooth and quick! We love this place. You can definitely see that they have their patients best interest. read more

I have delayed taking my daughter to see a dentist due to my own fears and horrible experiences as a child. I wanted to prevent that for my daughter and did research before taking her anywhere. This office had the highest rating, so I decided this place would be our best bet. I was not disappointed. I was impressed with how awesome the whole team was with my daughter and I. The receptionist was super friendly. She was smiling as we walked through the door, and made us feel welcomed. The tech, I believe her name is Delilah? (Sorry if it not) was so awesome with the both of us. My daughter loved that she spoke Spanish so that she could follow directions easier. They have a tv to help distract the kiddos right in front of the dentist chair. She kept my daughter engaged through out X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Jaz also spoke to My daughter in Spanish, and she was excited to be able to communicate with everyone in the office. The team was fast in getting us in the chair and out the door without us feeling rushed, and making sure we felt super comfortable being there. I had my newborn with me, so this was a bonus. Dr. Jaz's energy was exactly what my daughter needed and loves. She hasn't stopped talking about her till this day! My daughter walked in with a smile and left with an even bigger smile! That's all I could ask for, for a first experience. I have already recommended this place to my friends and family that need dental care for their children. Dr. Jaz and her dental hygienist Yanet were AMAZING. They were so patient and kind with my daughter who has ASD, and this was her first time ever going to the dentist. We were there for over an hour and at no point during our visit, did they rush her. They worked with her and were just truly all so gentle, patient and kind. I highly recommend them for your child's dental needs. I also really appreciate all of the protocols they have in place for COVID as well which really helped put me at ease. I cannot say enough about this practice. My 4yo was terrified of the dentist and they managed to get x-rays and cleaning done, and then three appointments to get a tooth extracted, three fillings and a spacer put in. My daughter was a challenge for those appointments, but the team, especially Dr. Dillard was calm, patient and soothing. Plus, they got everything done and my kid was willing to come back! Excellent family-friendly dental office. Went on a bus tour of their business and transferred our son's files to Dental Arts Specialists right after the bus tour. Extremely happy we did this! The Dillards are husband and wife: Orthodontist and Dentist. The staff is patient and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable with toys/ video for patients, coffee for parents/care givers. Will never go back there never again. Worst of all. Doesn't care 3 y.o. patient's pain. I will find a better one in better town, more experience, calm, careful dentist. She and her assistant were talking about the package delivery through the whole procedure while my 3 years old was crying for pain. Amazing dentist! We recently moved to the north side and found this place. My 9 year old daughter had to get her first filling. It was handled with amazing finesse. The facility is nice and the dental techs are kind, but it takes forever. Both times we've been we've waited nearly an hour to see the dentist which is truly ridiculous for a kids appointment that takes 2 minutes. I think they need to figure out their scheduling. read more

Dr Jaz and her staff are super friendly! They know how to treat and speak to children. My children are both very comfortable here, there brightly colored seats and televisions in each room help as well. The whole experience was very positive for my daughter, wife and I. When you walk in you can see that it's a warm, clean and inviting environment, which is reinforced by the friendly and well organized woman who works at the front desk. The dental hygienist was friendly, very good with kids and helped my little girl feel at ease. Dr. Jasmine was also great, not only warm and personable, but very informative. I think this practice is wonderful. The staff -- all the staff are very friendly and kind. Both Dr. Dillard's are great and very kid friendly -- I wish they took adults. The office staff is wonderful always being proactive about insurance and doing the leg work. The dental hygienists and dental assistants are all friendly and kind. Dr. Melvin was careful and cautious and not pushy at all about my daughter getting braces -- waiting until all her baby teeth were out as to not have to have braces twice. Although braces (which we are just starting to have put on) aren't cheap I felt their fees were reasonable and a payment plan was offered right away and without any pushiness. They are also community minded -- which I think is fantastic. I just can't say enough -- they are a really great practice all-around! read more

We were lucky enough to find Dr Jazmine Dillard and her Pediatric Dentistry. My 2 year old son had his first dentist appointment and we were worried how that will go down since even brushing his teeth is a conundrum. Dr Dillard was wonderful, she has built great rapport with our toddler and he actually got into the dentist chair on his own. Their methods are great and I was excited and relieved when we set up our next appointment. State of the art facility, kids shows on TV for distraction and waiting area with toys and coloring books! Beware if you have good insurance! The pregnant dentist wanted to do unnecessary procedures ! When I refuse the procedures she wanted to do , the old lady at the front desk probably her mom told me that I could no longer be seen there ! I was so happy with our experience at this clinic. I took my son for his first dental appointment having no idea how a 2.5 old little boy would react in a dental chair. The team was great in getting him to feel comfortable and I'm happy to report he had his first cleaning! They really put a nervous mama at ease and made the experience so easy for my son.
