The paperwork ended up being done wrong because there were gaps in between my jobs, and I found this out because I went with another company that has the same forms. This company cheats on taxes. They intentionally reported my income as less than $600 on the 2024…read morestatement, even though I worked more. Then they moved the rest of my earnings into 2025 to avoid tax obligations and to avoid issuing a 1099 form. I believe that's illegal. They were struggling financially and dragged us down with them. But they eventually paid me. Idk about other workers got paid or not, however. This company didn't pay workers at some point.
