I had horrible pain when coming in Dentist Gallery for the first time. Never felt too comfortable in the dentist office, I am one of those. The friendly ladies at the front desk called everyone who came in by name with a smile. Asking how they were, and how's the misses and all of it. Came out into lobby to talk to people. So so lovely to see. Now, the dentist has excellent bedside manner! He wanted me to tell him what was wrong and show him where it hurt. Even though he had xrays and all. He was gentle and never once made me feel like I am bad for not being a regular dental patient. Really spent time touching my teeth And examining them. ((location in webster Texas, near mall & kohls plaza)) Went there on a weekend because only ones open with "availability" to get seen. my wife had a cosmetic repair that failed (of course on a weekend) and our dentist was closed on the weekend. Called to see if they could see us, and was told on the phone, "yes, come in". long story short, after filling out new patient forms and paperwork, was told insurance wont cover due to recent repair and would be out of pocket. with that said, have to see dentist to "get the cost". more waiting. Oh by the way, she is pregnant, which we informed them at check in. Dentist now requesting a medical release and or records before even seeing her, even though she was literally seen by another dentist 1 week prior... had x-rays and is willing to sign a release to repeat them... we were unable to obtain a release because it is a weekend and no one is open to complete this... So we literally wasted 1hr plus going through all this when they could have said from the initial time we walked in that this was going to be the situation. Couldn't even grant us a professional curtesy(fellow industry professionals) Just would have been nice is they would have told us when we arrived that the pregnancy was going to be a dilemma. read more

I visited this place Monday and I must say they don't even deserve one star. The staff is rude including the Manager when I spoke to her about how long I was waiting. (Mind you my appointment was @ 3PM & I was called back @ 5PM) I also observed some shady activity when I paid for my visit. The manager and Treatment Coordinator preferred I pay in cash so I didn't think of anything and had the cash so I did. But when I was walking out I turned to open the door and saw the treatment coordinator hand the manager half of the cash and they put it in their pockets. I would not be returning & I advise everyone to do research into a better place. read more

I scheduled an appointment here with Dr. Raja after reading rave reviews about him and his assistant, Poonam. I had a far from pleasant experience here. I arrived on time for my appointment and filled out the stack of paperwork was insanely repetitive and asking for my SS# and DL#, which I left off btw and no one cared. I waited about an hour before I was even brought back for my x-rays. During the x-rays, the assistant kept trying to shove the sensor in my mouth and asking me to bite down when clearly it was too big for my mouth. She was practically yelling at me to open wider and I was very very uncomfortable, but we got through it. Then, I waited for another hour and a half until the doctor finally came to see me. He didn't introduce himself and just went on to tell me the results of my x-rays and what my options were. I asked about the cost of the recommended procedures and he told me that will be a separate conversation. Ok, that's fine. Then, I waited for hour for the pricing estimate. At that point, I'm losing my patience. What is taking so long? I've been here for 3 hours now and my teeth haven't even been cleaned. I flagged down the assistant, Poonam, and asked her when my cleaning will start. I was visibly upset telling her that I've been waiting for so long. Then, Dr. Raja came over and asked what the problem was. After telling him I had been waiting for so long and was wondering when the cleaning would start, he said "We don't do exams and cleaning on the same day, this is not a jiffy lube." I argued that all the dentists I have ever been to have done exams and cleaning on the same day he doubled down and said not in this area and that I'm wrong. I wanted to leave immediately. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. If they don't do cleanings on the same day, the receptionist should have told me that. I requested an appointment for cleaning, not x-rays and a waste of time. I took time off of work for this. Finally, they were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning. The hygienist was the nicest encounter I had the whole time I was there. She did her work and I was on my way home after 4 hours. I had come back to get my recommended procedures done at a later time. I had a chip on my front tooth that I wanted to be filled in but I was very nervous about it because it's on my front tooth! Dr. Raja showed no empathy and just brushed my questions off saying "I know what I'm doing". He also filled a cavity that day. The filing is flat, and it's still painful many months later. I hope I never have to come here again. I don't want to say that the entire office is unprofessional, messy, and rude - that would be unfair. However, Dr. Raja is certainly all of those things and a dentist is representation of the office. read more

They ruined my teeth! This is a training lab for newly graduated students from dental school. YOU are the lab rat! The guy that works on your teeth most likely won't be there in 6 months- after getting enough experience they move on to their private practice. They talked me into replacing multiple fillings(didn't really needed replacing)in one sitting. My fault because I trusted they knew what they were doing. I'm sure the amateurs work at a reduced pay so they can get their experience level high enough to move on. In 2023 there were over 16,000 dentists in Texas. I would go to all of these dentists before Gallery Dental. NO! I would then go to another state! It's all about $$$ here, not the care you get from amateurs. Seriously, you don't want these people to work on your teeth just because they can cover the expenses. read more

I have been going to this over this office for over a year I hate going tourist demon office, but since my insurance had paid for my dentist, which they cannot never yet write. The first set broke in the lady hand As she took them from the box which was the bottom plate also it was so thin you could see through the plate. So they gave me another set, that set the teeth was over lapping over on one side and cutting my tongue, so they sent those back. They gave me a set, they had me looking like a horse and they still were overlapping and scratching my tongue. Then I received another set. The top plate overlaps on one side.The teeth are shorter on the left and has a gap the bottom plate has spikes sticking up. So when my tongue touched, it got scratched up and sore. This is about the most horrible dentist office. I have ever been in all of my 67 years of life.. I called to speak with an office manager today. And the young girl that I know she has a real kind of deep voice. She transferred the phone to the dentist. Home has did nothing but poor work in my mouth. And they both lied and said the office manager had just left Now I was told that after men don't come.Don't come in until 2:30 or 3.They refuse to let me speak with hurt today.So whenever you read this review , would you please called me read more

Stop do not go here.. my experience is my final destination is not to travel there.. very bad experience..i went for two root canals.. now I'm in the worst plan ever.. the treatment at time was really rushed, rude no bedside manners.. he constantly belittled the assistants who had to work aside him. He continued yelling at the assistant.. seem like he was Al way in a bad mood.. he would say to me.,if you move I would cut your lip off.. now!! just by that statement alone.. I'm very terrified then and now.. I have to say going to dentist with that scary thought did me in.. I'm so freaking scared now.. please don't go here.. half of the time {staff} didn't even get my paper work on time.. charges started showing up without notice.. now this isn't good.. I will not be using Dental Gallery services. The Dental Gallery front office canceled my first visit one day before I made arrangements to visit. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I waited more than one hour to see the doctor. The 7-page paperwork to see the doctor was redundant. I entered my name and address four times and my email address three times. Also, a request for my SS# and DL# seemed to be an unnecessary invasion of my personal identity. The nurse asked me to lie back. I explained that I have five fused vertebrae and that my neck had little mobility. She then asked me again to put my head back. I reiterated I had little mobility in my neck. She then proceeded inappropriately to press my forehead back toward the headrest. Neither my head nor the headrest moved. She clearly didn't listen to me or didn't believe me. Dr. Behnaz Saeedi was condescending, uncaring, and unsupportive in demeanor. The cultural differences between the doctor, his staff, and me are too desperate to resolve. I won't recommend Dental Gallery. Personally, I wouldn't use them to do my nails. read more

There's dental offices in every corner, avoid this place. The staff other than the front desk is really irritable and impatient and is definitely not welcoming. When they walk in they don't even introduce themselves and literally doesn't smile. Everyone looks like they don't even want to be there so I don't even know their names. But the dental assistant which is an older lady was always getting irritated especially if you say you need to spit or make any minor movement. The dentist, I don't know his name either, younger guy was in and out. Literally the whole vibe of the office was wayyyyy off. A very uncomfortable and unpleasant environment. read more

My wife and I have seen Dr. Saeedi for 20 years. She is absolutely the best, as is her staff. She follows through on all of her dental work. In fact, when I first went to her, it was to correct a botched root canal that a different dentist had done. She fixed that problem and so I had her fix my front veneers that had gotten really destroyed by another doctor as well. She doesn't just sit you in the chair and begin work. She talks you through the procedure and makes sure you truly understand what she's performing. Her staff works their best to work with your insurance (or no insurance) in order to make your visit less expensive. I have checked around to compare prices and customer service just out of curiosity - and Dr. Saeedi (Dental Gallery) wins hands down. My wife and I have taken our children to her office since they were born as well, and they are not scared of the dentist like most kids would be. When I first walked in I immediately felt uneasy. The front desk workers were eating at the desk, they were not friendly, and there were stacks of disorganized files and papers everywhere. I stayed because they fashion themselves online as a "cosmetic dentist" and I needed a front crown replaced on my front tooth as soon as possible. This is not an easy thing to do. You have to go to a lab so they can match your teeth and it is a long process. I understood that going in. What was not acceptable was the level of pain I went through dealing with this dentist. The two temporary teeth she made me I could not even eat with. I had to drink all my meals through a straw. She gave me a piece of a tooth that had gaps on each side and then laughed with her assistant while I sat there crying from the pain and just said "Oh well make sure to wear your mask!" When I called the next day in horrible pain the girl at the front told me, Well you can come in if you want, but it's just a temp tooth. She just kept repeating that and they never would give me anything for the pain. The final straw was when she put the 2nd temp tooth pn, which stuck very far out, and then left GLUE on my other front tooth. I thought from feeling this with my tongue she has chipped my other front tooth somehow and I was freaking out. it even looked like it was chipped. When I came back to her office VERY upset she just kept telling me she didn't do it, she didn't do it and physically grabbed me by the arm to get me to go back into her office after I was waiting for my husband to get there to resolve the situation. If she would have taken time to see that it was GLUE instead of just denying that she had anything to do with it (which she obviously did) she would have saved us both a lot of bs that day. Instead, she gave me a full refund and I found a great dentist who is an ACTUAL cosmetic dentist, Paul Covell in Pasadena who did wonderful work and make my smile great again. Dr. Saadi may be good at general dentistry but she is by NO MEANS a cosmetic dentist and doesn't seem to care much about the feelings of her patients. read more

Best dentist I have ever been to! They are so knowledgeable and kind in the way they care about your health and not seeing you as just a paycheck. I have gotten a teeth cleaning here that was the quickest and least painful I have ever had. I have also gotten my first ever crown and root canal here. They were very patient with me and made the experience the best as possible. Highly recommend!! read more

Incompetent staff that spends too much time trying to convince you that youre okay or you should go see your previous dentist (despite the fact that youve made it clear the previous dental care was done not in Houston or even Texas). Manners are lacking as well, staff must be taught by the Manager how to properly introduce themselves to the patient. Really I shouldnt wait more than 2 hours only to have someone (a dentist? a dental assistant?) to peek into my mouth in a dimly lit room and tell me Im good to go. A proper dental cleaning is about an hour they spent less than 10 minutes on my cleaning telling me I had good hard teeth and I was good to go. I just got diagnosed by a proper dentist with a litany of significant bleeding, infection and similar from not getting the detailed cleaning needed. Staff was polite but providing a quick not proper cleaning made my less than ideal starting situation worsen. read more

I have tried for over a month to get an appointment with these people. I am 70 years old and just need a cleaning and a check-up(x-rays). The office has taken my insurance information twice and has never contacted me. I am contacting Humana tomorrow.
