Last review I posted has been deleted so I will warn you again. Dr Jetton put bridges over broken teeth without extracting their roots causing a serious infection in my facial bones that I was hospitalized for days and put on morphine it was so bad! He also charged me $800 for a temporary bridge and later when I ask the office manager the price for that procedure she told me $300. The last day I was there I ask the office manager why I was charged $500 over the normal price... she said the price is according to whatever the doctor gets you to agree to. If you agree, that's the price even though the office has standard pricing. Dr Jetton kept pushing me to do all new permanent crowns instead for $28,000.00 But I said not ready for that. New Teeth Dental Solutions - League City - General Dentistry Near Me - League City, Texas

This is my second review of New Teeth Dental. As I mentioned last time, I have been a patient here for 25+ years. Most recently I was having some pain with some very old fillings from my teenage years. They were the old silver fillings which are technically mercury amalgam fillings. There are mixed opinions (FDA etc) on the removal of these fillings for health reasons. I had seven in my mouth (both sides; upper and lower) and decided to have them removed because of the tooth sensitivity I was having that I mentioned above. They gave me the choice to have all of mine done at one time or on multiple appointments. I decided to suck it up and have all seven done at one time. With the help of nitrous, I got through the appointment in about 2 1/2 hours. Come to find out, when Dr. Hale removed them, she found additional decay and cavities underneath the old mercury fillings, hence the sensitivity. Having that much done in one day can leave your jaw sore for a couple of days but I wanted to get it over with. I did go back in the next day for them to adjust my bite again simply because the day of the procedure, my mouth was so numb I could not bite properly for them to truly get a good fit on the new fillings. The second day took about 10 minutes and was painless. I will also say that New Teeth has never suggested work that needed to be done that wasn't actually needed. I have never had "phantom" cavities. If you are reading this review and are looking for a second opinion on potential dental work, I would HIGHLY recommend this practice. They do accept most insurances. The League City office has only been open for 3-4 years. They have a second location close to Park Place & Broadway just outside the 610 Loop in Houston. My 93-year old mom is a patient at the Houston location. My siblings, wife, and children are all patients here. They are good with both elderly and pre-teens. I think most of the dentists rotate between the offices so you can schedule at whichever location is most convenient for you. Bottom line: As a long-time patient, I highly recommend them. They are professionals that can take care of your basic dentistry needs or do more advanced work. I also recommend them if you are looking for a second opinion. An easy five-stars. read more

I wish I could give New Teeth 10 stars! Everything about New Teeth is perfect. The receptionists are friendly, kind and patient. The waiting area is nice and very welcoming and they have a cute little playroom with some books and hands on dental dramatic play kit for the kids. Where do I even start with Dr. Goldberg...she is so kind and patient and you can just feel her good energy when you're talking to her. She was so great with my 7 year old daughter both times we had to take her in for dental work. My daughter had to have a baby molar extracted the first time, and then another molar extracted, plus a crown put on another tooth the second time. The whole time, Dr. Goldberg and her assistant kept telling my daughter "we are so proud of you!" and "you're doing so good sweetie." The whole experience was best case scenario for us all both times, and even though my daughter had a lot of dental work done, she said "I love my dentist and I'm so grateful that she fixed my teeth." They explain what they're going to do before they do it and they take their time. They arent just rushing through to get to the next patient. What I love about New Teeth and Dr. Goldberg is that they focus on sleep patterns (my daughter grinds very badly at night) and explain what happens to our bodies when we grind. it's very interesting! I am a "crunchy" Mom and am very careful what I put in my kids bodies and New Teeth really was the only dentist in the clear lake area that I found that could fit our standards. I went to a well known chain dental place at the beginning of 2017, and walked away super overwhelmed with a large large list of work needing to be done that had a VERY high price tag not really knowing where to start or what to do next. My husband and I decided to try another place out and stumbled across New Teeth and I couldn't be more happy that we did! Dr. Kalli Hale genuinely cares about my treatment and the effects long term rather than just offering the status quo treatments. The difference between the large chain price estimate and New Teeth estimate was over $7000!! Not only that, Dr. Hale was more concerned about saving my tooth when the other place just wanted to extract it. Had my first procedure done and they took their time to make sure it was right. They explained everything to me and I left hopeful looking forward to going back so that I can get my teeth in order. The staff is SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable. PROFESSIONAL, CARING, and GENTLE! I broke my back molar yesterday so I called New Teeth Dental Solutions, my tooth was hurting so badly! I called at 12:30 pm and was in the dental chair fifteen minutes later. The doctor stayed during their lunch break to take care of me! Dr. Hale took such good care of me. The entire procedure took less than 45 minutes. I had a build up, and crown done. It was virtually painless! Today was my first visit in four years and we started with thorough but quick dental X-rays and a dental cleaning that was very non invasive. I have no idea where to start. First: This place makes you instantly feel at home. All it took was one visit before it felt like everyone knew who I was. When I walk in the door I am instantly greeted with a "hi michael, good to see you." At first I thought they just memorized who came in at what times because there was no way every single person knew who I was. But it's true. They do. And they make you feel like you are part of a family. 2nd: I used to hate going to the dentist. I'd always walk away on the verge of a panic attack because of how much my appointments hurt my teeth and made me bleed. Not here, they are super gentle and are sure to make you feel comfortable. I haven't bled once nor have I walked away with my teeth in pain. It really helps ease my anxiety. If you have anxiety about the dentist I highly recommend here. 3rd: I have to rave about Dr. Hale specifically. She specializes in breathing and airway centered dentistry. I am currently wearing an appliance that is expanding my jaw in order to rid my airway obstruction. Dr. Hale has made this journey incredibly easy and has helped me want to take better care of myself. Just last month I was having issues with my appliance. I went to see her the day before she was leaving for vacation and she took time over the next two days, during her vacation, to personally check up on me and make sure My teeth were no longer hurting.
