They all do what they do with a genuine smile on their faces. I went there for a cleaning and Bianca was great. Last time I went I was taken care of by Hetzel who did my cleaning and she was equally as great. Keep up the good work. It's really refreshing to see a business that still cares about customer service. Thank You!!!

Thus, there isn't anything a dentist can tell me that I haven't already heard. That being said, it's really hard for me to find a dentist I like. Queue, The Bite Dental. Being that it is 2018, I found them on Instagram. I liked the decor, the attitude, etc., so I called and made an appointment. They emailed me the paperwork to fill out beforehand and send back. Great. I actually appreciate this, because who wants to sit around and fill out paperwork at 9:00AM? I met with Dr. E, the general dentist. Very sweet woman, but knows when to be serious. She recommended treatments for me, and gave me advice. Never tried to upsell me any treatment she didn't deem necessary. Susan their dental hygienist is an angel. Extremely charismatic and knows her stuff. I've gone to hygienist who recommend deep cleanings and full mouth debridement that weren't needed. My only qualm is their hours. They're open M-F from 9:00AM-5:00PM which makes it difficult for corporate employees to get appointments. Hopefully they'll open up Saturdays in the near future to cater to that crowd. But if you're in the market for a new dentist, who knows the latest technologies and is honest. The dentists at The Bite Dental are the dentists for you!

I wish we could adequately convey our great respect and THANKS to the entire staff. Besides a clean office, excellent bedside manner, and ease of scheduling, their attention and care for her has been beyond what you would expect from a dentist's office. They have been so patient and understanding, and Dr. Ochoa is a man who has surely earned his place in heaven. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your amazing service. Our entire family thanks you. If you want not only great quality care from a team that obviously gives a hoot about their patients and not just the money, you have made the right choice in Miramar Modern Dentistry.

In Florida the patient has the right to refuse the collection of sensitive data by FL law 501.705 In addition this office misleads the patient with the listing of Christopher Schiller as an employee; in reality he is an independent contractor. Why is his name printed on the door along with the other dentists if he's an independent contractor? And why does his business card say Miramar Modern Dentistry if he is indeed an independent contractor? Refusing to see a senior patient is highly unethical using the excuses provided by this dental practice.

I called Emergency Dental Mini Care the same say ( the previous Saturday) and Michelle was super friendly and accommodating to schedule same day appointment. Jessell the assistant was amazing and had a calming effect and Dr. Pfundheller took digital X Ray's and was fully transparent as to my tooth's condition. He advised me that I need a root canal. Without hesitation, I signed the consent forms and paid for the service. Dr. Pfundheller is unassuming, professional and has state of the art clinic. I felt some pain the next day, but nothing like before. I would definitely recommend this office in Plantation. They saved my tooth.

My experience with this dental practice was profoundly disappointing and, quite frankly,…read moresufficiently concerning that I believe prospective patients should exercise considerable caution before committing themselves financially to treatment here. I presented for what I understood to be a relatively routine dental procedure that was covered, at least in substantial part, by my medical/dental insurance benefits. Despite that coverage, I was presented with an anticipated out-of-pocket expense approaching $1,500. The disparity between what I reasonably expected based upon my coverage and the amount I was being asked to pay was extraordinary and, in my opinion, inadequately explained. My objection is not simply that dental care can be expensive. I fully understand that legitimate procedures carry legitimate costs. My concern was the apparent lack of sufficient transparency regarding precisely what was being charged, what portion insurance was expected to cover, what portion was not covered, and why my personal financial responsibility remained approximately $1,500 for what had been presented as a relatively straightforward procedure. When a healthcare provider is entrusted not merely with a patient's money but with that patient's health, pain, and vulnerability, transparency should not be optional. A patient should never leave a consultation wondering whether the treatment plan was being driven principally by clinical necessity or by financial considerations. Every material charge should be clearly explained before treatment, including insurance estimates, exclusions, alternatives, and anticipated out-of-pocket expenses. After this experience, I subsequently noticed that this practice already carries an approximately two-star Yelp rating. While I cannot speak to the experiences of other reviewers, I can state unequivocally that my own experience did little to persuade me that such a low aggregate rating should be disregarded. I ultimately came away from this interaction with substantially less confidence in the practice than I had when I entered it. For anyone considering treatment here, my recommendation would be simple: obtain a detailed written treatment plan, request an itemized breakdown of every proposed charge, independently verify your insurance benefits, and strongly consider obtaining a second opinion before authorizing treatment or making payment. Healthcare requires trust. Trust requires transparency. In my experience, this encounter provided far too little of either.!
