Very little explanation was provided, and it felt more like sales pressure than genuine medical advice. Healthcare should prioritize patient care, transparency, and professionalism. This place is a total fraudulent scam. Then after examining me they said the normal cleaning would not do anything for me, and I needed a 'FMD' Full mouth debridement that would be $185 in addition to the other services they quoted me for totaling $1260. When I refused the services that I did not come for they refused to give me a regular cleaning and escorted me out. They mentioned that the flyer has an asterisk that mentions the cleaning is only in the absence of periodontal disease which I obviously do not have. Mind you, I have good dental hygiene, never have had a cavity in my life, non smoker, eat almost no sugar, brush and floss regularly and even use a metal pick at home like they use during cleanings. I asked again 3 times to various employees there if I could just opt for the regular cleaning that I came for and they refused and said It would do nothing for me, which makes no sense and says a lot about them. Total waste of my time and money. Completely dishonest and unethical business practices. Would not recommend an enemy to go there.

When I went for my cleaning, two days later, the hygienist hit the inside of my bottom lip with the drill, which shouldn't happen.
