The appointment I had was with dental asst Tatiana. She's very thorough in explaining the step by step process she's doing, which provides clarity and allows for a smooth and efficient cleaning. It was also nice reviewing my results with Dr. Kotch. I have a great appreciation for senses of humor, and a family feel/welcoming environment.
