Kotch Dental is by far the best dental practice that we've ever been to. Unlike several other practices where the front desk staff do everything they can to avoid acknowledging you, when you walk in the door at Kotch, you're immediately greeted by the front desk staff. After the first visit, they remember you, and check you in without even needing to go up to the desk. The rest of the staff are amazing and genuinely personable. The entire office is spotless! The Hygienists are incredibly gentile and NEVER shame you. The Dentists are good! Like really good! Everything is explained, step-by-step. They go over every option before proceeding. The appointment I had was with dental asst Tatiana. She's very thorough in explaining the step by step process she's doing, which provides clarity and allows for a smooth and efficient cleaning.
