I asked for pricing for an implant specifying all the details from my visit to my dentist, but Kim told me that they do not give prices. I explained that if I wanted to get pricing based on their format, that I would have to spend 10 days to visit 10 dentists and pay each $100-$400 for a consult, just to get a price, not to mention I would have to have 10 CT scans which would expose me to enough radiation to give me cancer. Rather than apologizing for their policies, she says, "we're probably not the right dentist for you." If she was my employee, I'd fire her.

I do not recommend the services of Dr. Oksana Bublik and her clinic…read more Today, October 1st, 2024, I left after my third appointment with this doctor. In the spring of 2024, I sought help for bleeding gums. The doctor recommended I get a deep cleaning first, which would be covered by insurance, but I'd have to wait about a month for approval. She also suggested injecting an antibiotic into the gums during the cleaning (to help with inflammation) and using a laser. She informed me that these two options would help, but they were not covered by insurance. I waited a month for insurance approval. On the day of the cleaning, before the appointment, I signed a document agreeing to these two options. After the cleaning, I paid the previously discussed extra amount. The doctor did not refer me to a periodontist after the deep cleaning, instead recommending that I return in three months. I'll say right away - it didn't help, the problem persisted. Today, at my appointment, they cleaned my teeth again, took x-rays, and gave me a referral to their recommended periodontist. Before the cleaning, nothing was given to me to sign, and nothing was clarified, but after the appointment, they tried to charge me an additional $95 because the doctor used the laser. The staff member, Irina, claimed that the document I signed during my previous visit confirmed my agreement to use the laser. I refused to pay, at which point Irina said I would no longer be able to come to the clinic for treatment. In the end, my gum issue has not been resolved for six months. I paid extra money, lost time, had two cleanings, and they tried to charge me again for something I didn't agree to pay for. I've never encountered anything like this before. If they didn't inform me, I'll inform you: this clinic may charge you extra fees without prior notice. Be prepared for this if you schedule an appointment with Dr. Bublik.

Following that great treatment and experience, I have gone through the entire process of veneers. Stage make a temporary set of teeth, which many people complimented me on! Stage 2 prepare teeth for veneers, and they were so accommodating and thoughtful of me as the patient during this process. Stage 3 veneers, which they were always so eager to listen and make the necessary adjustments during this process. The veneers look so naturally awesome which is all I cared about.
