Dr Ho replaced one of my front teeth this morning that had it root destroyed by a resorption process from earlier damage. I can't thank Dr. Ho and his team enough for always coming through for me and my family! This place is such a vibe. Dr. Ho is a very skilled and compassionate dentist with gentle hands, and is always smiling and super helpful. You can't help but feel relaxed when you know you would be well taken cared of even though the whole process might be scary or uncomfortable--because who likes getting dental work done anyways right? He always makes sure we don't feel any pain during procedures, and ensures that we go home with proper meds and whatever we may need at home. He's also very thorough and goes over home care instructions well. Sometimes, I feel like I ask so many questions but he always answers them without making me feel rushed or dumb for asking. This man genuinely sits down and sincerely asks how his patients are doing every single time, regardless of how busy they may be--and as a patient, that just speaks volumes! Dr. Ho is honest about what needs to be done and won't do more than what is necessary and ALWAYS explains rationale and leaves you room to decide without feeling pressured before proceeding. He's a great patient advocate and you know that you can trust whatever treatment plan he recommends for you is just what you would need--no more, no less. I have been Dr. Ho's patient for many years, and the one time I went to someone else--I got screwed! And now fast forward to many years later, and Dr. Ho is still helping me. And, I just can't say greater things about his team!!! From the front to the back office, I just love them all. They have excellent bedside manner, are trustworthy, efficient and highly reliable. They respond to messages quickly, and they always try their best to accommodate when they can. One time, I called last minute to change my appointment time, and they never once made me feel bad--even though I felt awful about it! The office manager Kelsey and Daggiana are both always on top of things and are super organized and friendly. They keep the place so clean and just flowing smoothly. They always try their best to accommodate what they could and even help arrange payment plans as necessary. They go above and beyond, and go over all possible options but don't make you feel like you obliged to agree to the plan if it's not something that's feasible for you at the time. Also, never have I ever been made to feel like I don't do enough to keep my teeth healthy. Never have I ever felt judged even though I have a few dental work that needs to be done. That may seem like bare minimum BUT, that's sooo rare to find nowadays. Seriously, Stacey, Aileen and Sarva are some of my favorite people--they are all a gem! And they all seriously remember you from the last time you came to visit, which just makes everything so personable and special. In the end, they all work together and make you feel safe.
