My son told the dentist because he lives in Laredo. Then the dentist began talking down to my son and continued to ask what he needed to be done. The dentist was so unprofessional during the entire visit. He seemed very irritated and upset for no apparent reason and was taking out his frustration on everyone in the office. When I called to complain, one of the staff members reported, " the dentist is rude to everyone and we are so sorry for that". This is unacceptable and if this dentist continues to treat his patients so terrible he will soon have no practice. I am so disappointment that this is the only Dental Office that takes our insurance.

Went in for wisdom removal walked out with nerve damage!! When I noticed something wrong after the…read moreanesthesia wore off I called the office right away to inform them. They responded with its normal to feel tingling sensation. Went back for my follow up and Dr. Britton response was yea there could be nerve damage but I wouldn't worry about it. Point is I have nerve damage which includes tingling sensation, sharp pain, numbness, very sensitive to cold or hot liquids. I'm constantly in pain and very uncomfortable, even brushing my teeth is a nightmare! My bottom left lip, teeth, gum and chin is pretty much screwed! So much for going in for a common wisdom tooth extraction. Don't recommend this place go elsewhere!
