I'm so disappointed in this office mostly because of the front desk lady Sandra I believe she's the one who's always there. Up until I had fallen and cracked my front teeth I went for an appointment to see how they could fix my teeth, I went for a consultation on 06/26/2026 and one of their dentist recommended 2 fillings and 2 veneers, come by two weeks later I went in for an appointment with them on 7/6/26 because they told me to wait a week until my teeth healed and the other dentist that saw me recommended veneers for all 4 teeth at dental solution, that day they just did a root canal on one of my teeth. After my appointment with dental solutions I did want to get a second opinion just to make sure that was the best option in preserving my natural teeth and what's better in the long run which I did and when I went to another dentist they did say I should do crowns instead of veneers because one other teeth needed a root canal because it was starting to get infected and that the other 2 it was a 50/50 chance I might end up needing a root canal, he did say a crown was a better option just in case they need to reach the teeth from behind for the root canal. They also had prescribed me antibiotics for the tooth that needed a root canal. After my consultation I called dental solutions because I wanted to talk to the dentist and see if a crown was a better option, mind you they had not offered me a crown for either of them and had not prescribed me antibiotics, or even noticed the other tooth needed a root canal, I still wanted to get there opinion on a crown and stick with them but when I called today July 8 to ask if they could do the root canal on the tooth they missed Sandra was really defensive and wouldn't let me speak, she said "if you don't trust us, go with the other dentist, I'll go ahead and cancel your upcoming appointment and you can go with them", I explained I wanted to get a second opinion because teeth are important for people and making sure your getting the right treatment is important and it shouldn't matter if i decided to get a second opinion which I doubt she heard me because she kept speaking over me. And I told her I still wanted to talk to the dentist and she canceled my appointment. I'm so disappointed in how the front desk lady answered the phone and treated me, anyone who is paying would want to make sure they're getting the right treatment. She had also said "oh I don't like when people do that, you're not buying a car where you can shop around" very unprofessional. I ended the call by saying people's teeth are important and I told her okay that's fine cancel my appointment, I'll just leave a review. I added screenshots of the phone call and the appointment she canceled as well as the initial treatment plan they had given me. Even after not them not seeing the other teeth needed a root canal and was infected I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the front desk lady clear any doubts, if they acted like this I'm glad I didn't go through with them because anyone who knows there not doing anything wrong wouldn't care if I went to get a second opinion. Because of her I didn't even get to talk to the dentist, which was the main thing I wanted to do. read more

Good place, got a few fillings and 1 crown, crown/ root canal took about 6-8 visits to finish 2-3 weeks apart every visit, then after that a few fillings, only thing i did not like is that one dentist does your x-rays and evaluates you treats you for a few visits leaves your tooth half way done then another dentist continues it finishes it, then another dentist tags in later and keeps it going i had about 4-5 different dentist work on me and i feel like the dentists are subcontracted because some disappear out of nowhere. I feel that to get the best service/ result you should be assigned to a single dentist for the whole process. And i only say this because of a few reasons, but one reason is i had a filling in between 2 teeth done with a dentist i had not seen there the past times its been over 2 months now the tooth is still sensitive and this morning i created suction on it with my mouth and it started bleeding. Will be going back in a few days if the problem does not resolve. And there will be a high possibility the dentist that worked on me will not be there anymore she also grinded my gums a little in between my 2 teeth which i did not like and is not suppose to happen. Im not saying dentist in this location are bad but the way they rotate you around creates space for error and mistakes to be done when the work is being done. read more

I've been going to dental solutions and I am not satisfied with what they did to me a couple weeks ago. It was just a check up it was normal, they did the x-rays and cleaned my teeth but during so, the lady that was assisting me kept going into the room next to the one I was in and helping the other dentist and kept going back and forth. I was starting to get frustrated but I did not say anything. After she was done helping the other dentist she started drilling my teeth and made a hole on one of the bigger back tooth's and left it like that. It is very uncomfortable and they have not fixed it or anything. During that visit, I heard a man say that a tooth they had recently put on had fallen off. Our taste buds go crazy for sweets, it's a given. I love sweets as well as sour candy. Turns out our teeth don't agree with our taste buds time to time and we end up with cavities. First things first, I always hated going to the dentist. Who doesn't right? I must say coming to this dental office completely changed my mind about that idea. The front desk was so accommodating to fit me into there schedule for a last minute emergency. Dr. Aram was very professional and made the visit a breeze. I have a phobia of needles and getting shots and he used a technique where I hardly felt the needle. The office was super busy but all the employees were super chill and appeared like they can handle their business. To top it off the manager gave me a discounted price for the procedure that was done! Lastly, the office is located in a large shopping center so it was easy to find parking. Even though we live in San Francisco, we travel every 3-4 weeks to have my and my family members' teeth fixed here. The job is major because we are fixing almost all of our teeth(implants, root canals, zirconia crowns and more). He also did a really good job on our 4 year old son. I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews on here, so I felt the need to leave a good review because my experience at this office has been great! The front desk lady has always been so nice to me and the doctor did an amazing job! I was going to another dentist few years ago and they were scared to pull my wisdom tooth because they said it was close to my nerve or something like that... They recommended me to this dentist and he pulled my wisdom teeth out. He did an amazing job because they say you shouldn't eat after and I was recovering so well, I ate and everything! lol I always tell everyone what a great job he did. This place was the worst no lie they broke my tooth and it chipped as soon as I got home and started eating the doctor was so aggressive told him to be gentle started getting annoyed . I went to another dentist they told me they left me bacteria on my other cavity I had and they covered it like that with bacteria so now I have a root canel just know by time it will get like that since they don't clean your bacteria . let me start out by saying the staff from the beginning was very helpful they worked around my busy schedule and accommodated my daughter and I to quickly to see the doctor. Dr. Grigoryan was so gental with my 7 year old who had an unpleasant experience with her prior pedo and I told him that before his exam, and let me just tell you my daughter was actually asking when can we go back, that spoke volumes to me about how gentle and caring he is. we have a 30 min drive to him, but i would honestly drive 3 hours just to visit DR.
