I have been going to see Dr. K for over 20years: he is very proactive, well trained and completes additional training which brings new and cutting edge techniques to my mouth care. My hygenist is the absolute best in my mouth care and is extremely detailed and addresses my questions seriously and with beneficial suggestions for my own between appointment care. This year for the first time our billing got a bit confusing because my husband had an insurance company that switched and were no longer submitting to the same company. Stephanie at reception went out of her way to remove the confusion and reprint several appointments data and submit the forms to our insurance companies on our behalf so that the full amounts would be on route to us! *they also have a bike rack right out front for those wanting to bike to their appointments. read more

I have been a patient since 2008 as are all my family members. Dr Kokkinakis and Ana take great care and are very professional and trustworthy. I especially like that if my family needs any specialist care we don't have to leave the office as most types of treatment are available with one of the other dentists or the specialists who are available to come into DentalDocs. I love getting text reminders so super easy and convenient and my insurance refund is in my bank account within one or two days eliminating the hassle of going to the bank with a cheque. I cannot say enough good thinks about the staff and dentist at Dental Docs. My family and I have seen Ana and Marianne for hygiene visits and they are incredible. They are thorough, professional and their passion for their jobs shine through. I have seen Dr Kokkinakis for about 7 years and his work is top notch! I have been a patient at this office for many years. They moved from the Place d'Orleans location to St. Joseph Blvd. The new building is beautiful, clean and modern. They added tv's to the ceilings which is awesome and gives me something to do. I have had the same hygienist for years and she is great and friendly. If you are new, I recommend you ask for Louise. I like that they send me a text message to confirm my appointment a few days prior. All I have to do is text back to confirm my appointment, it's easy and efficient. A very professional dental clinic. I have been impressed with the staff, dentists and hygienists in this clinic ever since I moved to Orleans. They have cutting edge equipment and services. A very well run, well trained office. Both my husband and I have insurance and they make sure all the documents are in order for us to file. I have never had any problems with insurance claims.
