It was a hard financial decision for a retiree, but I had it done. Lower denture never fit properly and I returned for adjustment. Less than a month later I had to return again. The dentist, Dr. Musashi, was rude, kept interrupting me when I tried to explain I was in pain and felt like the lower denture was not properly made. I was not allowed to finish a sentence. I had a note for reference, but she dismissed it rudely with, "We do it OUR WAY, not yours." Her bullying and tone escalated to the point of it being elder abuse. I am nearly 90 years old and was being treated like a child. Even at my age I won't allow anyone to roll over me in such a disrectful manner. When she interrupted repeatedly and raised her voice to me, I responded by saying, "I need to talk to you please don't interrupt me." She then said loudly, "GO AHEAD AND TALK!" When I did, she bolted out of room screaming and running "Call the police." I was dumbfounded. I just got up and left. No resolution. Is this the way a doctor is supposed to conduct themselves? TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Steer clear of this facility. Her reviews are poor, lowest they can be. It's a shame I can't give a -0.

So my son needed a dental examination as part of his paperwork for kindergarten. We called up the…read moreCommerce Dental Center to see if they could give him a quick exam. As they were the closest to us and a general clinic, we figured it would be quick and painless. I called to see about scheduling an appointment and spoke with someone on the phone about the the type of services they offered. They had an appointment available the next morning which was great, but their dental exam was part of a comprehensive examination which she said included dental exam, 2 x-rays, a cleaning, and fluoride treatment for $80. I had her ask the dentist if they could skip the cleaning and fluoride as my son is only 5 years old and has no adult teeth yet. The dentist said they would skip the cleaning and fluoride and charge $60. I thought this was great. My wife took my son over the next morning and when she came home she informed me that the dentist literally just looked in his mouth, took no x-rays, and still charged $60. Looking at the bill I could see that the comprehensive exam was actually only $70 and not $80, and they had only deducted $10 off for no X-rays, no cleaning, and no fluoride. So apparently x-rays are only $1.50 each, cleanings are $3.00 and fluoride is $3.00 also. I called up to ask why no x-rays were taken and the receptionist on the phone (which was the same as the previous day) immediately got defensive and called me a liar on the phone, saying the $60 was for the exam only. Needless to say I will never go back to a professionals office that had such poor customer service and that pads the bill like they do.

Been dealing with this Denistry for over 6 years. it abruptly came to an end bc of a text message…read more This Denistry recently implemented a text messaging system 2025 that requires a patient to confirm their appointment. if you don't confirm there is no courtesy call no home feeling nothing they will just cancel the appointment even if you been waiting half a year on it. This Denistry didn't warn patients or anything of this change. The first time I knew about it was when I came in for an appointment and i was told it had been canceled even though I was on time 5mins early . This is inconsiderate and selfish to the patient. It shows non appreciation for the patient. Also a big inconvenience to the patient. It literally threw my dental cleanings off. I think this Denistry has lost some elements that originally attracted ppl. COMMON COURTESY & RESPECT. However the Most High is good I managed to find another Denistry that considered the patients more. I get calls reminders and all from them. Nice Denistry just like Hometown use to be . i have to say When Dr Kit Kat left things haven't been the same. This would've never happened on his watch . This was my first time here since moving to Jefferson. They explained some paper work I needed to fill out and got me in first in line. I got X-rays done and then a quick consultation. After we agreed on how we were going to fix my tooth the procedure started immediately. Dr. Amy was very vocal on what was happening and told me she really thought I did well for my first filling. I had chipped my tooth while eating and I thought it was huge and she reassured me it was small. The procedure took all of 10 minutes and I was out! I will be back for my cleaning and checkups.

I have been to many dentists and can honestly say that he is the only one that I actually didn't dread my next appointment with.
