I had an appointment with them and went in at the scheduled time. It was difficult to find since…read morethe address had changed but I finally found it with only minutes to spare. When I got there they told me that they needed a drivers license. I told them I was not comfortable with that and that if they would allow me I would bring a passport on the next visit, I was going to have several. The rather large lady at the front who by the way was extremely rude the whole time, told me that they could not wait for that. She said she needed my license NOW! I asked her what she was going to do with my license and she said "I am going to scan it in the computer and upload it to the cloud"! I told her there was no way she was getting my license if that is what she is going to do with it! After a little more back and forth she asked me to hold on and went to the back. She returned and told me that they would be canceling my appointment because they have issues with trust! Wait a minute! They have issues with trust! They are the ones going to be poking in my mouth! I have sent them 2 collection letters now due to the fact that cancelled appointments incur a fine (their policy not mine). They cancelled the appointment without 48 hours' notice, so they have the fine payable to me. You see you can't have a policy that is only 1 sided. That is the law, the policy is for all parties. I am about to send them to a collection agency on this point. I normally don't write this kind of review, but it is important for you to know what you are getting into before you go and have to deal with this terrible place and specifically this terrible woman!

There's nothing he can't handle. You don't feel any pain, except for a little pinch that would last about 5-7 seconds as he shoots up your gums to numb you very well. He leaves you for about 5-7 minutes while the meds go to work. He comes back and prick you in the places where he's going to work while asking you if you feel this or that. The high powered stuff he has, you don't feel a thing!! You won't even realize after a tooth has been taken out. Now, as this place is pricey, keep in mind you're dealing with a specialist and not a general dentist. After all is said and done, he gives you a prescription for some high powered pain meds, which I love, and you will never feel any pain at all. Depending on what type of insurance you have dictates what you will pay out of pocket. However as I did say, depending on the procedure you're having can possibly run up into the thousands. If you need a specialist, check this guy out. There's nothing like a pain free specialist on your side.

My braces was completed faster than expected plan, and it looks as I expected. Filling was pretty standard, but one of my filling fell off after 3 years (it was at the edge and I guess I bit too hard). The wisdom teeth removal was excellent for me (for the two upper teeth). It was done too fast that I prepared myself for nothing. They also gives clear instruction and called to check everything is fine. I didnt even have to take ibuprofen at night because there is no pain (only takes one dose because I was afraid the pain would kick in). One plus thing is when they inject the anesthesia medicine, they did pretty well and I didnt feel pain, so that alone could be enough for me to go here. This place is always busy lol and you know if a place is busy it means they did good. I must admit that the price is slightly higher than the other online quote I found (but you know quote means nothing and I only have been going here so I really cant say lol), but you get what you pay for. If you have good insurance and want to have a good experience, I would recommend this place. Oh and about the price issue, I did research and I found out that it is yours responsibility to check and understand your insurance. It's quite a long read, but yeah you have to learn how insurance work.
