I can understand wanting to maintain a schedule but that level of inflexibility for someone who had been a loyal patron for years is not endearing. I would recommend finding a dentist or orthodontist that is less stringent.

I brought up that I had a family member that has not had a great experience and I was concerned to bring another child there because of that experience based off of a few questions I asked Amy was able to pinpoint who am I family member was reached out to said family member and told them I cussed her out which never happened. And I'm sorry but brackets should not just fall off I had braces as an adult did not take care of them like I should have and even then they were not falling off not everything is the child's fault on there is negligence on the doctor side and the assistant side that accountability needs to be held for and not just at this place but in any circumstance and kids that are on low income insurance matter!!

While they had theor phones saying they were just on the line but when I drove the 30 mins to the office they were indeed closed with no sign when they would reopen. They were closed for 4 days for Christmas but again phones and office door said nothing about when they would reopen and then emergency on call number told me this location didn't exist and left me with no advice ! When I finally reached someone they offered him a week away until i complained!
