This is a review for the 3 times my truck has been in their shop…read more The First time I only had 11k miles on my truck and a belly dump trailer opened up on i35, trashing my windshield, grill, lights, fog lights and everything had to be replaced and repainted. They were very helpful though the whole experience and used genuine ford parts. The second time I was hit from behind, they took care of everything and it turned out flawless. The 3rd time something fell off of a truck and did a lot of damage to my truck. The collision center and the service dept worked together and with 48k miles the truck looks new again. I was informed that uninsured motorist would not replace genuine parts on my truck and when 'Jami' seen that I was unhappy, she found genuine parts and price matched the embossed 'Ford' windshield to the "knock off" windshield. All the dash and electronics were genuine Ford also. This company just didn't shrug their shoulders, they rolled up their sleeves and made it happen. I think it is unfair to have cheaper parts installed on a vehicle when the accident is someone else's fault. If you are reading this check your policy about aftermarket parts. Thank you Reynolds Ford, the Service center, collision center and thank you "Jami" for making it all happen. I know you put a lot of time in dealing with the insurance and taking it to have the stripes put back on. Went into Dent Masters 2 weeks ago to get an assessment on 2 dents that I had on my car. They…read morelooked at the damage and we talked about scheduling an appointment. Two ladies were in the office and the receptionist called the other lady and we talked Scott appointment dates. We finally settled on a Monday appointment at 8. I was apprehensive on setting the appointment on Monday but that was the best day for me. The ladies assured me that Monday would be a good date and I would get a text reminder on Sunday. We set the date for 2/02 and I left. On Sunday I received a text reminder. On Monday I rearranged my work schedule to get the dents repaired at 8 am. I showed up at 8 and the doors of the business were locked. Two men showed up at 8:05 or so. The first man opened the door and when I came in he didn't have access to the computer. The next guy came in and told me that the business doesn't do Monday at 8 appointments. He debated with me that I couldn't have an appointment at that time and then he located my appointment and continued to debate me. I eventually left and I will find another dent repair business that values customers. This business apparently doesn't.
