I really love this practice and I'm so glad that they opened, especially after I'd had issues with…read moremultiple other pediatric dental practices in Henry County. We've been coming here for about a year now, and it is such a pleasant experience. The staff is extremely gentle, and patient with the children. The doctor is informative and honest. She takes her time with patients, answers questions, and has a warm demeanor. They have staff who are fluent in both Spanish and English. My children come here for their cleanings, but my five year-old also came here to get crowns placed. The doctor had to fix some poor work done by another practice, by removing fillings and placing the crowns. It took two visits to get the crowns, as my daughter did not do well the first time with the least invasive anesthesia. We also opted for white crowns, which took a bit longer to schedule than the silver. Also, The office is beautiful. It is newly finished, well lit, and always pristine. The lobby furniture is comfortable. They play children's movies both in the lobby and in the back, which keeps the children entertained. I've been here a number of times and have never had a long wait or felt like the place was overcrowded. Like many pediatric dental practices, they have an open room with multiple cleaning chairs where children can be serviced. This is the typical place where a child might get their teeth cleaned. However, they do have rooms. For instance, when we came in for the crown placement that was done in one of the private exam rooms. The practice is located above the Stockbridge location of Tri-County Pediatrics, and they are the only two businesses in the building. So, there is plenty of parking, and the option to take either an elevator or stairs to the second floor. The only tiny issue I've ever had is that the office opens right at the scheduled time. So if I have an appt in the earliest slot in the morning or directly after the lunch break, we usually have to sit in the hallway to wait. This is really a tiny issue and thus an FYI rather than a complaint. Waiting in the hallway is comfy as they have up artwork and they've added two chairs to sit in while you wait.
