The nurse spelled my name wrong, never verified my address either so at my follow up appointment I had issues verifying myself. Not to mention, I had to schedule the second appointment at a location almost an hour away because they are "too understaffed to accommodate". She also charged my card for the visit come to find out at the other location the procedure was actually covered by my insurance after all. My last complaint is the absolute lack of "bedside manner" she was not very approachable and she was not prepared for the needs of the visit. Overall probably won't use minute clinic again in general, would rather just go to urgent care.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to answer why I was not called......his reply they did not have your cell phone number, well how in the hell did they text me twice in the morning if they did not have my number? Worst customer service around, and no excuse for it! If you make an appointment you should be seen around that time! I will never go there again and will spread the word to my family and friends. By the way the guy on 1800# was a little flippant and should not be taking customers calls. Enough said!

When you get there, there's a machine you check into. Scan your license and insurance card and then wait. They called me at my exact appointment time. The phlebotomist who took my blood was so nice and pleasant to talk to and she got it on the first jab. Nobody can get my veins on the first try. Kudos to her for making it an easy experience. She said it was her first day there. She's going to be a great addition to the staff. Glad I got her. If you download the app you can check your own results as soon as they upload them.

I was a few minutes late because I was driving around trying to find it, but they were running later than that. My appointment was for 9:10 am, I arrived around 9:17 am (the street in front was also closed for construction), but I wasn't taken until 9:45 am. Their waiting room is also very weirdly shaped so you pretty much have to be next to someone or right across from someone. All that said, Anna was great drawing my blood and giving me a minute to sit afterwards. Once I was called back, it was quick and not as stressful as it could've been.

Today, he built up two teeth compromised by receded gums, and was able to save me from a crown by doing a filling instead. I have noticed how he is able to make the filling the right shape the first time. Dr Steinhof has a calm chair side manner, as he explains what he is doing as he works.
