She was sensitive to my heightened gag reflex since I am pregnant and watched for any signs of my gums not being healthy since it's a higher risk during pregnancy. A week and a half later and my teeth still feel SO CLEAN! I got to be in the bird room office - a corner space with enormous windows on two sides and a view of a bird feeder in a big evergreen tree with tons of cute birds coming and going as you get your teeth cleaned. Recently we both had tooth extractions. $300.00 per tooth. Our bill went up to over $1000.00. We were going to start paying more after the holidays. Unfortunately we received a letter notifying us that we were no longer allowed to go back until the balance was paid in full. Unfortunately Dr. Vanderpool only cares about the money. I do not recommend this practice. I also had a tooth pulled, was in pain for two weeks. I did get a quick phone call from another dentist in the practice. Dr. Vanderpool was supposed to pull the tooth but he has not been in the office too much. I would stay away from this dental practice. Unless you don't mind paying through the nose for sub par service.
