I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they got her in by the next day! They also called me back prior to the appointment to explain they do not offer "laughing gas" but advised they will ensure she is comfortable and the dentist is wonderful with kids. The check in was fast and easy - allowing you to register and fill out all of your patient information and insurance information on their website prior to the visit, which was very nice. The receptionist was wonderful. They then took my daughter and myself back to the procedure area. The dental assistant was so nice and comforting towards my daughter, making her feel more at ease with explaining the X-rays and procedure she was about to experience. The dentist, Dr. Joseph Jurcak was amazing. He made my daughter feel at ease - from making jokes with her to even singing (and making jokes about his singing as well). This was perfect because I LOVE to embarrass my daughter with my angelic singing. He went above and beyond for her and I can't begin to explain my appreciation for that. After the procedure, the woman that handles the finances came out with her microphone and we all had a couple minutes to have some fun. She will be going back for another procedure soon. I recommend this office 100%.

So my original appointment was rescheduled, then last week my son was diagnosed with RSV, everyone in our house was considered highly contagious so I rescheduled again. When calling today to inform them that I was diagnosed with pneumonia last night (After they had closed) and assumed I should reschedule my appointment one last time, I was rudely told my appointment was being cancelled (by them) and I was no longer welcome to be a patient in their office. After persisting that I would still come in although I am sick and have documentation from my doctor. I was told abruptly that they would ask my dentist to refer me to a different office and then hung up. This has been an incredible frustrating experience. We have been though a rough time medically over the last month as a family, and to be treated so rudely as someone who is trying to be responsible and not further spread germs and disease. I am still in shock over the way I was treated. I hope this message reaches the right people and they seriously review their customer service standards with the people working in reception.

I noticed UV lights are used throughout the office to maintain killing of germs. Anything I touched or that was used the girls sterilized it instantly! Full wipe down and no back was turned till completed. Impressive to say the least. So, as a new patient Dr. T was AMAZING and made me feel so welcomed. The hygienist who actually cleaned better than most (no lie) asked me if I wanted fluoride which I declined. I just don't do extra fluoride and it was "ok". I really like they provide choices of treatments and also share the cost so a person can see if it's in their budget. I mean it was under 20., but sometimes it just doesn't work for the pocket book. I've always thought I needed veneers and Dr made it very clear I had solid teeth and bonding was enough and price was VERY reasonable. It's been a long time I've met a dentist who didn't try to $ grab you. Also this dentist has a ton of experience. He also explains the "why" things happen. I love that. This way I can make changes. Omg! Made an appointment for my son two days later I was so impressed. It's interesting when the front staff and back staff are all so nice one can bet the dentist is as well. I'm new to the area. Definitely worth a shot coming here if you are as well. Oh... how could I have forgotten the two therapy dogs. I didn't see them anywhere so if nervous about hypo-allergy, sweet well behaved dogs , no worries they are never bothersome or even seen but I did have a moment that I was uneasy, as I get with dental visits sometimes. I was asked if I would like a therapy dog. Wow! It was like they held my hand putting their paw next to me. I instantly remained at ease. I wish our old dentist in florida had that for the kids.
