I do not take anything away from them because of this. However, from the beginning, the ladies who man the desk I like to refer the gatekeepers are consistently customers on the to them in person they act like they're the boss and management while being made aware of this has done nothing to try and correct the behavior. Also, I had spoken to my doctor because they were planning on discharging me and the doctor said they did not want me discharged so I called to speak to my therapist. The person at the front desk. Sydney refused to get them for me refuse to give them a message when I said, I will try and reach them when I come in for therapy. They informed me that they would be busy with other not be able to help me at that time. I was able to finally leave a voicemail for my therapist and very disappointed in the fact that my call was never returned. In the beginning, things started out well with Prairie Rehab but they quickly went south and they've even worse and management could care less. It doesn't seem to strike them one bit. I guess they have plenty of that they're fine with losing a few but you start losing one and then it becomes two and then it becomes three and it compounds and compounds on itself. I hope nobody else has to have this experience with Prairie Rehab I had.

They explained a lot about how my anatomy and how a body recovers after a stroke. They gave me plenty of exercise "tools" to work on at home and taught me the best way to do them. They encouraged me when I felt like giving up. I felt cared for from the time I walked in the front door until the time I left.

There's Jay Kappenman, who I have almost always seen, but who's trying to retire, his son, Will, who I have seen and is also awesome, his sister Tammy, and a newer guy, Zach, who is no relation, but a friend of Will's and is absolutely AMAZING as well, and I'm planning on going to him now that Jay is retiring. They have the family "feels" and don't do things that you don't need right away until you actually "need" them and truly care about you. The hygienists are wonderful too and you can tell that they get treated well there by the Dentists and love working there, which tells you a lot as well.

I took my two year old son here for his first dental appointment and was very impressed. The office…read moreis new, clean, colorful and full of books and toys. The staff was great and the tech played on the floor with my son before his exam. The Dentist herself was wonderful and spent plenty of time talking to me. She was quick with the exam and really good with young kids. Highly recommended!

For those of you saying crap about the staff and Dr. shame on you "Karens"! If they're short…read morestaffed and extremely busy how else would they be able to call you ahead of time to say they're busy. You're not the center of the universe. There are a lot of people who get seen besides yourselves. Think about that. People need to learn and respect health care workers. They take a lot of time caring for others and sometimes miss their breaks to help inconsiderate and ungrateful jerks like yourselves. The staff and Dr have been good to my family and I when we've gone in to see them.

My husband had another appointment today and he was smart enough to ask when he arrived how long it…read morewould be. The front desk informed him that he was 5th in line. He said we were leaving and asked them to call when they were ready. After an hour he though he better check in to which they said to come back in 30 minutes. We did, and he was taken right back. It took another thirty minutes before he was seen (he was texting me from the room as he was bored)! As I've stated before we had to cancel our patients for the afternoon to get this appointment and I find it so disappointing to have to wait over 2 hours to be seen! This is the FOURTH out of FIVE appointments this has happened.
