When I complained, I had no evidence because he hadnt put any notes about it in my chart. He never uploaded any of my results to the portal, either. Also, he once acted like a fancy bartender, squirting the local anesthetic from a distance missing the target completely, then gave me a plantar fasciatis shot with full pain. If you go to this office, make sure you see Dr. Hussain (he's fine) but stay away from Dauphinée!​
