They made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Linh was so helpful and patient as well. Dr. Dao was kind, patient, and extremely thorough. He explained to me in layman's terms (I'm a teacher and not in the medical profession) without being condescending. He was incredibly friendly and answered any questions I had. He also gave suggestions. He was quick but attentive. If I have future issues with my feet in the future, I will definitely make an appointment with him and would recommend him to my friends. I had seen some poor reviews of the office staff, however, I experienced no problems at all. They were friendly and efficient when I made the appointment and in the office setting.

Also, he once acted like a fancy bartender, squirting the local anesthetic from a distance missing the target completely, then gave me a plantar fasciatis shot with full pain. I first saw him 7 years ago and while I did end up having surgery, it was after exhausting all other options. A month after surgery I temporarily moved to CA and saw another doctor for my after care. One year later I still had pain. I moved back to TX and saw Dr. Dauphinee as soon as I got back. He was able to resolve my issues with a simple treatment in just a few weeks. I have referred several people to Dr. Dauphinee and everyone has been happy with their treatment. I started experiencing a new problem last week and I am confident it will be resolved quickly. Reply was that the note was sent to the clinic and Heather could do no more than that. We called again on Thursday as diagnosis was torn rotator cuff. Now first available was June 18. The gentleman came back and said he couldn't do that as we spoke to Heather on Monday, but we would hear something. No one has called. Even if someone called and said we haven't heard from clinic, that would be better than no response. Very disappointed. We feel like we are being penalized for being a new patient.
