My son has not received services at this location since July 2025. I was on a payment plan of 135.19 per month. I got billed August 2025. I called the office and was sent a refund check. I was billed again Nov 2025 and Jan 2026 for the same amount of 135.19. I called the office Jan 23 and spoke to Brittany who said she would call me back. I also sent an email with screen shots of the amount taken out of my flexible spending account and asked the card be taken off file to prevent further billing. I called to follow up 2x in Feb and was told someone would call back. February 23, 2026 I was billed 811.26. I called and requested to speak to a supervisor but was told there was no one to speak to and a ticket was created. I feel I have been robbed. I am in a different state and have called several times. Irene, who works the front desk was less than satisfactory with her customer care. I mistakenly booked as a reoccurring patient when I had mixed up which dentist was my primary dentist in Denton. Upon arrival, I approached and she glared at me when I said "hello". When I told her my name and I had an appointment she told me that she had called earlier (a call I unfortunately missed and that's on me), and that since I wasn't actually a new patient, she would have me wait until 10. I apologized and was surprised as I didn't realize I'd made a mistake. I told her I was willing to wait, and asked if there was Wi-Fi to use while I waited. She said she'd check and left. When she came back, she had me go ahead and hand over the insurance. As she spoke, she began speaking in a very patronizing tone, was unfriendly, and sarcastic. I realized: "I really don't want to have to deal with someone this rude all morning..." and realized I had the power of choice to take my business elsewhere. I can't speak to their attention to the dentistry, but customer service wise, I was not happy. I have never left a place of business with the front desk staff as a motivator, but it happened today. I will give two stars for them not having me wait too long, and for her willingness to try and get me in at 9:20-9:30, but otherwise, I did not appreciate the rudeness. read more

Warning this review is long: Do not. I repeat Do Not set up a payment plan with this company. On the very first payment instead of the agreed upon portion they took the whole thing. This in turn caused my rent check to be sent back non sufficient and a $300 fee to be added. When I called the dentist office I was told they didn't know what happened and it would be corrected. Waited a week and nothing. I started calling the next week no one EVER answers and when they do its "someone will call you back" nope not once. Then days later I got someone who spoke to her boss who decides to send out a check. So now I have to wait for this check to come, deposit and wait to clear. Well in the meantime I get an eviction notice from my apartment which means I have to find the money. I called the dentist office to ask if instead of the check I could be refunded on my card and they could void the check? I was told they will find out and call me back lol of course no call. I ended up getting a payday loan so now I have another monthly bill to start paying. I waited a week and of course no check. When I called the next week I was told the check didn't come because I had called the previous week to have the check canceled. But I did that after I was told the check had already been sent out lol. Couple of days passed still no money back in my account. When I finally got someone on the line I was told they had tried to send the payment twice but my bank rejected and they were going to call my bank to check again lol because how? I called my bank and of course there is no record of deposit attempts. When I called the office later that day they kept me on hold for 20 mins and then hung up. When I called back no one answered. Finally I called what I think was their corporate office. I was refunded the next day. Also of course they still took the monthly payment amount. It took 24 days and once I'm done paying off the loan plus the dentist my original bill for $2600 will be $3800.. read more

*DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE* Terrible place to schedule an appointment. They required me to call my insurance company to assign them as my dental office. I called my provider and they assured me the office is in my network, they put me on hold and called the dentist office. They said everything was taken care of. I tried calling the dentist office to confirm and no one picked up the rest of the day. Morning of my appointment, the office rep Stephanie, kept bugging me to assign the dental office which I did the day before. Stephanie very rude and hung up the phone instead of helping. Very rude place that is trying to scam you by making you go in circles to have your insurance cover. Why is it so difficult to accept my business even though I'm insured and the office is in my network? Very rude. I canceled my appointment and will be taking my business else where. read more

Do not set up ANY payment plans with this company. I paid my payment plan in full back in October but the automatic withdrawal still came out wirh no balance due. it took a month to get the amount refunded and when they did the then charged my account a mysterious $210. They have called ID in the office so I have been dodged by all the office staff or passed around to other people on the phone when I ask them to explain why I'm being charged $210 when I paid my balance in full 2 months ago. I was told 3 weeks ago now the balance was going to be zeroed out and it's still showing on the account that I owe the money. I cannot get this office or corporate to call me back. I have been a customer since 2019, visiting every 6 months as covered by insurance. My last visit, I received mediocre service and a light cleaning, nothing compared to a cleaning done by military dentists or by other dentists I have seen at other companies. Each visit, the site has tried to upcharge me on something, so this time I said just whatever insurance covers. The dentist (granted, I have never seen the same dentist twice since I've been seen here) briefed me on needing an extensive cleaning, and stated the finance person would come in. I told him the same, he said he would check with my insurance and came back to say the lowest he could go was $210. If I needed a line of credit or to make payments, how much could I pay today. I said no, as I am just accepting the insurance covered cleaning. The dentist came back in and stated she could not perform my cleaning as she could lose her license if she didn't perform the deep cleaning. So she walked me out and tried to apologize. I left and thought, that's ridiculous, to refuse to clean a customers teeth. My teeth and gums don't ache, I haven't had a cavity since I was 12, 33 years later, even without cavities or pain in my mouth, I am being told I need to have my teeth cleaned extensively. I am not a smoker, nor do I drink sodas, energy drinks, no tobacco, no candy. I brush daily, use floss, mouthwash, and my newly purchased waterpik. I feel that this business is functioning to fill their pockets by upcharging their customers, and taking advantage by making things sound worse than they are. They don't do quality work and they have consistently messed up appointments. More than once my husband had to have them redo work. As I write this, my husband has been there almost 2 hours (to have them fix something they did not do properly initially) and they are "slammed" so they gave him options of waiting up to 2 more hours or taking more time off work for another appointment. My 6 month cleaning lasted about 10 minutes. Dr. Butler "cleaned" them. He polished them and quickly flossed them. When I asked about cleaning plaque off, he said there was not any! What??!! That's a first in my 45 years. Also, no laser cleaning which I was told at my last cleaning needed to be done since I have gum disease with swollen gums. I recently came to this office for a check-up/cleaning and because I was interested in getting braces. The entire staff is so kind and professional! I suffer from EXTREME dental anxiety and Dr. Jackson and his assistant worked hard to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I went in a few weeks later to meet with Dr. Bietsch to start my journey into braces. He and his staff were all equally as amazing as the regular, everyday staff in the office. Dr. Bietsch is a straightforward orthodontist who told me exactly what I needed to have done to achieve a straight smile and then helped me make it happen. He had me in for a consultation and into braces all in the same day! Now, in order to have that perfect straight smile I so desperately desire, I needed to have 7 teeth removed to make room in my mouth. I went in for my oral surgery and met Dr. Mo and his staff, who were the most amazing of all. As I mentioned earlier, I have some serious dental anxiety and was suffering more than usual before going under IV sedation and everyone was so kind, understanding, and accepting of my fear. They worked extremely hard to help get me calmed down and did everything in their power to make me feel better. I cannot tell you enough how much their actions meant to me! I HIGHLY HIGLY HIGHLY suggest going here for all your dental needs. :) read more

I have been using this dental service for 3 years. Loved it when Dr Jackson was there. In the last 2 years, they have switched me to 3 different dentists without letting me know prior to arrival. Today as I was there for my 6 month cleaning, I was told as I am in the chair, my hygienist is out and the Dentist will be doing the cleaning. Dr Butler "cleaned" the outer portion of my teeth. Took all of 8 minutes & he didn't floss my teeth. I really think if the hygienist is not going to be able to be there, the office should have called me to reschedule. My Insurance is going to be billed for this. It absolutely was not a thorough cleaning or exam. read more

This place is amazing. I came in on Friday with a cracked tooth and excruciating pain and even though I was having problems with my insurance at the time they still worked with me and got me the medications I needed as well as did a procedure to minimize the pain until I can get my insurance company sorted out to have the major extraction surgery performed. I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr Jackson just cleared all of that away. His assistant Rachel was wonderful and comforting with a great attitude. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else. This place isn't for you. started going to this location this location this year for cleaning and periodontal work. After four different appointments, I've decided this place isn't worth the hassle, cost, or unprofessional customer service. For starters, I had to pay over hundred dollars for a periodontal cleaning WITH INSURANCE. They insisted the work was necessary, so I acquiesced and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. On the day of the appointment, after I was taken back to start my cleaning, I was informed by the hygienist that they would only be cleaning two quadrants of my mouth due to insurance restrictions. They never mentioned anything about this until I was sitting in a chair with power tools inside my mouth. So, instead of cleaning the upper half or lower half, they cleaned only the half of my mouth on the right side, top and bottom. They didn't polish or floss my teeth on this first appointment. I was told that would take place a week later during my second appointment. Look, I get it: you're milking insurance for all you can get. I understand that. I even understand that some insurance companies don't recommend having all four quadrants of your mouth worked on at once. But to go about it the way they did, cleaning only one side at a time, was ridiculous. If they wanted to be considerate, they could have asked me which quadrants I'd like cleaned but they chose not to. I guess this is their way of ensuring I come back for another appointment. Can't go walking around with a half cleaned mouth without it being annoying. Fine, whatever. I pony up the cash and pay for take home teeth-whitening trays too. I fork over around 600 dollars and schedule another appointment for the left side of my mouth. They told me my whitening trays would be ready the next day and could be picked up then. I stop by on my way to work to pick up the trays. I walk in the front door and am not really acknowledged for a few moments. After finally getting the attention of one of the receptionists, (there's absolutely no one else in the waiting room), I ask to pick up my whitening trays and am told to wait. And wait I do. Eventually, I was told to "just sit tight". She started rattling off some dentist acronyms or something in an attempt to explain who had my whitening trays. After shaking my head in confusion, she explained that she didn't know where they were and that I'd need to wait until after 10 AM (it was 9:35 at the time) when others came in before they would be able to find my whitening trays. I stopped by two days ago to pick these up and was unceremoniously handed a bag with a fake smile and a "Here you go, Sir!" No directions. No instructions. Nothing accept a case of poor quality whitening trays I could have made myself and two cheap 20% peroxide syringes that cost under 10 bucks on amazon. Oh, and after twice informing them that my insurance actually does allow for four quadrants cleanings, even going so far as having my insurance company leave direct messages with their billing department informing them that they're wrong, they've gone radio silent. The office staff told me they would send over billing statements from my insurance company as proof.. two weeks ago. read more

I went to this office and paid to have a root canal done and a crown put on in 2015. Two years later the crown broke (crowns are supposed to last a lot longer than this, most crowns last decades). When I called the office to tell them about this they said that they could do x-rays and then give me a price estimate from there. I explained that since I had already payed for a root canal and crown when the work was originally done in 2015 I didn't think it was fair for me to have to pay an additional amount for them to fix it. I was told I wouldn't have to pay for the exam or x-ray (approximately a $99 value) but nothing was mentioned about the actual fixing of the crown (which is the significantly more expensive procedure). I cannot in good faith recommend a dentist's office that has patients crowns breaking off only two years later. Or one that doesn't take complete financial responsibility for the situation when it does happen. read more

I have a low tolerance to dental pain and avoid the dentist. A dead tooth required I visit a dentist during the Corona virus recommended isolation period. I was elated with the excellent service I experienced here. Monica explained the "new patient" process, it went quickly and was easy. Forms were completed online. When I arrived, hand sanitizer was right there, and gloves/mask were available. In the Dentist chair, Dr. Sallaway listened to my fear of pain, heard me, and I experienced ZERO pain through an extraction, bone graft, and stitch. Today I still have no pain. Rachel was fast with xrays and a very skillful tech. I now can look forward to the tooth implant and future dental work. I've found my dentist home! I left Stone Creek Dental because they did not hear my concern regarding pain, and my experience replacing a crown was less than acceptable. Thank you, Modern Dentistry! I meant to ask for a dentist other than Dr. Jackson, based on reviews here, but I forgot. That being said, I found Dr. Jackson quite thorough and professional. Checking the pockets in my gums was uncomfortable, but he noted that. Before he filled my cavities, and before my deep cleaning, I was well numbed and quite comfortable throughout. The dental assistant was great, and explained what we were doing at each step. Natasha, who did the deep cleaning, was great. Even when I was so numb I didn't realize my teeth had closed on her fingers she said calmly "Okay Sunshine, you're biting me, and I know you're numb and can't tell, so open." I'm not sure if I would have been that kind and patient! I have more visits planned, and a treatment plan in place. I know how much everything will cost, and what will be done. All in all, for something I was really dreading, it turned out much better than expected. read more

I enjoyed my experiences here as a new patient. The office staff was helpful and friendly, the x-ray technician was incredibly pleasant, kind and patient, and Jillian the hygienist was sweet, kind, and very skilled at what she does. I enjoyed my experience until I had to get work done on two of my teeth. Following my cleaning appointment, I was left in a room unattended for almost an hour. Dr. Jackson is very friendly, but he seems impatient and was unwilling to allow the numbing agents to take effect before beginning either of my procedures. This was the most painful and unpleasant experience that I have ever had involving dental work. I was told to raise my hand if I felt pain, and, I did as I was told. Dr. Jackson seemed to ignore me raising my hand until I left it up in the air. He seems overbooked and distracted. My first procedure was left to be completed by the x-ray technician who was again, pleasant and gentle. I will not be returning to this practice if I am to see Dr. Jackson as my dentist. read more
