Dr Unger is so gentle, compassionate, kind and understanding. I moved away from Keller but still drive to see him and take my kid there as well. Had my first root canal today, Dr Unger took the time to make sure I was comfortable. He also takes the time to explain and answer questions. I'm a patient for life. I recommend him and his practice to family, friends and even co-workers. His office is always nice and clean. The staff is amazing, always friendly, welcoming and smiling. Dr Unger is simply one of the best! My procedures performed by him have been flawless. Plus, his bedside manner is awesome, he is very calming. Today was my most recent experience; I had two broken tooth extractions and grafting as well as drilling for my implant. Whatever his technique and skill is has been great, he made this procedure painless. I realize everyone's level of pain tolerance is different but I can say this is one of the first that I have experienced with no pain in numbing my mouth all the way through the procedure and afterwards. Even after the numbing wore off this evening (since this morning's procedure), I only needed to take one round of pain meds; that was earlier this evening. It's been almost 8 hours and I'm still pain free and going to have a great night sleep! Thank you Dr. Unger! You and your staff are the best! read more

I called and made an appointment on a crown replacement as new patient. I met the front office staff for the customary paper work and directed to exam room, nice and pleasant. I met Dr. Jeremy Unger, D.D.S for the first time. We had a brief customary Q&A. Dr. Unger was professional and explained the re-cement of my crown and procedures. The Dental Assistant was nice and attentive and it was a nice team experience of the procedure. The whole process was smooth and their dental experience was a pleasant one. Dr. Unger is a good and nice man and his work in the highest quality. I recommend him without hesitation. read more

Excellent care!! I had an extremely difficult wisdom tooth removed- Dr. Unger is most amazing as well as his staff. I cannot express the value of this office and care I received fully. They addressed my infection with tooth pain immediate and precise. I had been reluctant to go in for my routine cleaning after a terrible experience at another dentist, but I'm glad I didn't back out. Dr. Unger was friendly, thorough and gentle. I appreciated how he and his staff took the time to explain each step of the process to help ease my nerves. Additionally, I didn't feel pressed to do unnecessary services and left his office feeling confident in his recommendations. My children had recently gone to another dentist in the area and after my visit I decided to move them over to Dr. Unger's office. Great with kids! We took our 2 year old son, who is usually terrified of dentists, here because we live close by in the Heritage neighborhood. They did everything to make our experience a pleasant one. The attendant at the front desk was very welcoming, she gave us marvel comic books, while we filled out the new patient paperwork. When we were called to see the doctor, the hygienist Kassandra was no only able to have our son sit in the dentist chair by himself (which he has never done before), but also made our son feel very comfortable as they did his consultation. Dr. Unger put together a sensible dental plan, for little issues we need resolved, and made sure that it worked for our family. We will definitely be coming back to see them all again, as they did everything they could & more for us. read more

I visited Texas Dental Arts today to have some dental work done for my teenage daughter. She was really scared and nervous. Dr. Unger was wonderful, approached us in a very professional and friendly manner, instantly putting my daughter ( and me ) at ease. He took his time to examine her teeth, explained that she had very minor issue (tiny piece of her tooth chipped off ) and fixed it in no time without any discomfort to her and without anesthesia. He spoke with us for quite a while; gave us many great tips in regard to preventive dental care and answered many questions that my daughter had about dental hygiene. Shady shady front office (aka the docs wife). The dentist is great and kind but the front office is untrustworthy. First off, I was being charged a great amount than what I knew my benefits covered. I had to show my coverage online & do the math for the front office woman charging me. She agreed the math done by the computer did not align and I ended up paying an approximate amount which I agreed to. I end up receiving a bill in which I still paid more and asked where the difference in amount I was owned back went. The docs wife proceeded to tell me "it is easier" for them to group my account with my spouses who owed a small balance. Keep in mind we have separate dental plans and coverage to where I legally hold no liability for his account or payments. It's not okay to take an owed balance on one persons account to cover another's. That's theft and shows this office is not for the people but more about money and what's easiest for them. Laziness because it was easy for them to steal someone's money. Know your benefits and review your bills as they're received or this will go unnoticed as I'm sure they hoped I didn't notice it. read more
