Got stopped by the police at 9:50 AM it was officer M. KOEPER156. I was stopped for passing another…read morecar and while passing the car the person in the right lane accelerated,so that I could not get over so I intern accelerate in my attempt to get over. The officer witnessed it he came off the ramp to get me for speeding and I wasn't continuously speeding. I looked at my speedometer it said 80, the person in the passing lane was going 65, so why would go 90 and the cop is right there? What happened next was disturbing and unnecessary. He asked do you know how fast you were going? (Bait questionI said I was going 80 in order to pass and the other guy accelerate it so I went a little faster. The officer said no you were going 90 I know you were going 90 blah blah blah he attempted to make an argument of the speed and I explain to him I am not arguing, you asked me how fast I thought I was going and I told you. He is not a honest man. This officer was elevated, upset and very aggressive. He then said do you know that your tag is expired two days and I explain to and showed him my paperwork that my check was lost in the mail and because I didn't have the bottom portion of my registration Tom Thumb would not could not meet my request for a payment. He asked for my drivers license and he took it to his car. When he came back he said unfortunately I will have to give you a citation for going 20 miles over the speed limit. I responded oh that's too bad. He then said is it too bad that you got the speeding ticket or is it too bad that you were speeding?! I responded but I guess it's too bad I got the ticket...he interrupted and start yelling and screaming about going 90mph is unsafe on and on as he was at my passenger side window yelling and amped up. I had already signed his computer and had already handed me the citation as he baits me into a question to interrupt and flare out of control. Once he finished yelling about my response, I explained "You asked me a question and interrupted before I could finish" I then said it's too bad I got a ticket for just passing, I wasn't continuously speeding. I asked why are you so amped up and yelling at me! I already have signed and have the ticket? The only thing that angered this police is that I was black. I was calm and handled the situation as a professional nurse would. I am a hospice nurse and been a nurse 22yrs. I've dealt with a many different cultures personalities and situations. This is noting but a routine stop and this young cop yelling and scolding me like a child. I let him have his behaviors, as I watched him preform I gave him no rise, so I could continue on with my work. Eventually, he said be safe and walked away. I couldn't be a cop that is waiting for people to do one false move to attack and charge them to the maximum penalty and bait them and plus attack them for no reason. That would not make me sleep well at night. I will definitely file a formal complaint. No education or common sense, racist with a badge and a gun. A person can right tickets all day and still be nice polite and understanding. This person is enraged and waiting to bait the right person to shoot them.

We dropped off some ancient TVs. I jokingly said we had a "body to drop off. " The dump manager came unglued on me. I listened to his lecture for 10 minutes on how I shouldn't joke about dead bodies at the dump. Scolded me like I was child. I felt like a child and took it. I deserved that one. Had no idea that a women's body was recently found in a Houston dump. Shame on me. (Goggled that information after my verbal flogging). Access to toss off these TVs is not easy. You have to toss everything over the edge. They are heavy! The sound of smashing glass tubes was pretty cool as the TVs popped. After much thought, I think the dump master has no sense of humor.
