The cost is on account of a number of tests which have to be performed BEFORE they clean your teeth. I don't have any major concerns, so what is the fuss about? How about trusting the testimony of the patient? How about working with the patient instead of dictating to me what I should do? Her office in Gibsonia is new, so that's certanly a plus & located just off Rt 8, a bit north of the turnpike interchange. I like the fact that it seems I get called inside at the time my appointment is scheduled & someone gets to me very shortly thereafter, so no excess waiting. I've also needed a couple same-day appointments for crowns that came loose & was able to snag one each time. On a regular cleaning, the hygenists do a very thorough job, my teeth are sparkling clean after routine visits. Following one check-up, Dr Shulman noticed some small things wrong (that I don't recall now) so the office scheduled me in a time block that was long enough for her to take care of both issues during one visit. Not that I live far from the office, but I preferred to have it all done at once.

Otherwise, her waiting list for services at her main office would be quite long. This was quite upsetting because her practice was coordinating with other dental practitioners to provide necessary and timely services. This situation prompted the need to find a skilled and experienced dentist in a very short period of time. This whole experience was quite disappointing since we had been very pleased with Dr. DePaoli's services up to that point.
