All hygienists and Dr. Dalton have spoken nicely with me and done high-quality work, including bitewing x-rays, cleaning and polishing my teeth, filling cavities, creating a mouthguard for my tooth-grinding, professional whitening with Opalescence Boost, and selling at-home tooth-whitening with Opalescence PF. Dr. Dalton stopped accepting my dental insurance a while ago, but she and her staff are so excellent that I pay them out of pocket for services, and they submit paperwork to my insurance company for my reimbursement.

Everything was great, The Dr was very nice and pleasant, The staff very nice and friendly. The office was nice and clean and overall great. My issue started when I called to get the estimate after several weeks of not getting one. The woman answering the phone was very nice and said she would get back to me???. Then after about a week I called again and spoke with a woman again not sure if the same one. The woman who represents Dr Dalton said to me that I was basically making a mistake going to Dr Dalton that she only did single implants and was not that experienced at doing multiple implants. Wow that blew my mind as my oral surgeon loves Dr Da=lton and I have 2 friends that see dr dalton as a regular dentist. Hell I liked Dr Dalton and would trust her to do regular dental work. Unfortunately what I needed done was not something I trusted Dr Dalton to be doing fo me after what the person said about her on the phone. Regardless of whether or not Dr Dalton is up for the work or not, I never herd of a receptionist or a nurse or whatever the person was who spoke with me bad mouthing the Dr. That is a new one for me and unfortunately I could not take a chance on it. As I said before I think Dr Dalton is really nice and friendly and came highly recommended. I hade a very hard time deciding on a star amount on one had i found Dr Dalton to be great and super nice on the other hand the person answering the phone basically said was not up to the task???? I give them 4 stars as the Dr was super friendly and nice and came highly recommended by many people but i give them 1 star as the person answering the phone does not even have confidence in their boss. overall i give them 2 stars

Despite repeated attempts to alert them to this error, and to remove my phone number from their patient contact list, I have had no luck in contacting anyone-just an automated answer set up that suggests contacting the operator-and then denies the request. This is a waste of my time, and now there is a patient who did not get their message.

The model train that zipped around the ceiling was fun to follow and watch; the neat TVs that the children can pick and watch a cartoon or movie is just making adults super jealous that this is not their dentist appointment! My daughter got to use her senses to experience being at the dentist--the kind dental assistant explained all the tools to clean my daughter's teeth and at the end, the dentist came by to check that everything was in order before culminating in my child picking a new Disney-themed toothbrush and a prize out of the prize bin. The staff took extra precautions with covid with having everyone wear masks and even having children sanitize their hands before picking prizes out of the prize bin. It was a very warm and gentle dental experience leaving my daughter feeling secure in going to the dentist and telling me many times on the car ride home: " Mama, I LOVE going to the dentist!" I appreciated the most that they checked with my son often to see if he needed a break, and how he was generally feeling throughout his appointment. They also have a fun wall for kids to celebrate not having cavities by placing a sticky note with their name on the wall. He enjoyed that part. Booking an appointment with them was simple, and the effort Terrific Teeth puts into ensuring a good experience for kids and caretakers alike. I'd definitely recommend, especially to families with neurodiverse children or even children that may be sensitive to dentist visits.

Two kids saw different dentists, first one was professional and nice , second one was one of those "I know best" she insisted I do X-rays , I refused! She said that if I didn't allow X-rays , I can't return for any appointments and she refused to sign the school papers to confirm we had a check up and kept the other form that had been signed already by the other dentist!
