He told me he would keep in touch with me.After going back and forth for almost a year. I finally was able to bring my truck back in. In the time I was waiting on parts, the paint repairs that they did was flaking off. They repainted the parts. after picking up my truck three days after I was told, I would be able to pick it up. I noticed my park sensors were not working and I had new rattles inside my truck. I got back in contact with them and I told them the issues, they asked me to bring my truck back up, but unfortunately, I do not have time to keep taking my truck up there for repairs that should've been done in the first place. I started addressing the issues myself and found all kinds of hidden mistakes, just to name an example of one the rear seat bolts are missing leaving me with trying to track down new hardware. So for anyone who needs repair repairs done I would completely avoid Caliber Collision.

I brag about this dude to anyone who even casually mentions that they're having issues with their vehicle. Right now I'm dealing with some obnoxious and shady nonsense with a car dealer, and the one silver lining in all of it has been that I got to witness firsthand how George was willing to go to bat for me because I was one of his customers. He did a full once-over on a used vehicle I was considering, and pointed out things on the vehicle that I had not noticed at first glance. He also gave me some advice on dealing with unscrupulous car dealers, and I didn't listen and now I'm dealing with the consequences, so even there he was right. And this has just further reinforced that he's the guy to go to for everything from standard maintenance work to full-on automotive body repair (e.g. check out the excellent work that he did on my brother's car). Something tells me I'm going to need to reach out to him again very soon. But again, because it's George, I'm actually not terribly annoyed about needing his mechanic abilities or having to spend my seemingly limited paycheck on car maintenance. Because he's not just a capable mechanic. He's a good, ethical, hard-working dude who also happens to be a capable mechanic. Trust George, you guys. He is good peoples.

They patched it with spacers and loose bolts . Terrible customer service: Calling and emailing Eric has been a nightmare--rude staff, answered once every full moon, or claimed their "answering system was off" I have contacted my attorney and will be pursuing damages in civil court. Bottom line: This place is a scam, a safety hazard, and a total time‑sink. They'll overcharge you, botch the work, and leave your car borderline undrivable. Definitely don't go here.
