After recently hitting a Buck i was able to see from my insurance adjuster as well as BMW this shop does Shoddy workmanship: my Doors misaligned, bumper hanging, paint overspray--and they somehow sprayed white paint all over black plastic trim Used/aftermarket parts: They billed me for brand‑new OEM parts but slapped cheap aftermarket junk on my car. Not only is it unsightly--this is a major safety issue Unsafe to drive: After "repairs," my car was knuckling and unbalanced--BMW said it wasn't safe to drive. They patched it with spacers and loose bolts . Terrible customer service: Calling and emailing Eric has been a nightmare--rude staff, answered once every full moon, or claimed their "answering system was off" I have contacted my attorney and will be pursuing damages in civil court. Bottom line: This place is a scam, a safety hazard, and a total time‑sink. They'll overcharge you, botch the work, and leave your car borderline undrivable. Definitely don't go here. read more

They did an Amazon job! Their customer service was top notch and very helpful. I liked how their owner Erick explained all the part and process that was going to be worked on. They handled everything with the insurance. I'd would recommend calling and setting up an appointment for an estimate before driving up to their shop. I absolutely recommend Prime Collision Works. Erick worked with me to provide top-notch service and didn't stop until I was fully satisfied with the quality of work done. They truly went above and beyond, doing more for me than I had requested, all at a good price (better than other competitors I received estimates from). I had originally requested a replacement of the front bumper, body work and repainting on the passenger side of the car, a repaint on the roof, and a repaint of the rear spoiler and hatch cover, and replace my windshield. Prime Collision Works went ahead and repainted my whole car, as well as buffed out my previously-foggy headlights, AND detailed it inside and out. All without extra cost! My 2011 Prius had bad paint on the hood and the clear coat was chipping off on top of the bumper. I sanded them down to get rid of the damage; but I knew I couldn't do a good job with spray cans, so I had Prime Collision paint both the hood and front bumper. this body shop is AWESOME. first time taking my car in for any body work because my friend hit a deer in my car and ECL went above and beyond to give me a fair price and they did awesome work! i needed a new front bumper and new headlights and my car already had hail damage on the front end from hail storms earlier this year. these guys made the front end look better than it did when i bought the car 5 years ago, on top of that they did PDR on the hood without me even asking, and they went ahead and painted my passenger side mirror that was GREY and did not match the rest of the car, also without me asking!!! they were so generous and easy to work with, their prices were impossible to beat and i got my car back in less than a week. 10/10 recommend! read more

When we had an unavoidable mishap with our vehicle, I wanted my car fixed soon and - more importantly - fixed well. My insurance was great but their 'preferred shops' don't really have that stellar of reviews on independent sites such as Yelp. I called 4 different places, including one of the preferred larger shops, knowing people are more likely to leave opinions if they're unhappy. Of the collision repair places I spoke with, 2 couldn't even see my car for months. Prime Collision (formerly known as ECL) and one other shop were able to schedule an initial estimate within a couple of days. Of the two, only Prime took the time to look at my vehicle then and there and found additional damage that was hidden behind the bumper and under the vehicle. Eric wrote up a list of the additional damages he saw and submitted it right away (upon my approval) for insurance review. The adjuster came and looked and found everything he found to be valid. Prime ordered the parts needed and was able to begin repairs quickly. Less than 2 weeks after dropping my car off, all repairs were done - both quickly and well! If I'd have chosen one of the other shops I'd initially considered, we'd still be waiting on the initial inspection for supplimental damages. Like a small family-owned restaurant that is well loved in the neighborhood but not known everywhere, this body shop is a hidden gem. I truly want Eric and Prime Collision to do well and grow but I also realize that as their reputation grows, for any future repairs I might have to wait an extra day to get my car in. (which I won't mind doing because they're very good at what they do). Thank you Eric and everyone at Prime Collision for taking such good care of my vehicle. read more
