The website has an offer for 10 mix and match pre-rolls for $19+tax on the MED side. Upon arriving you have to call in your order and I was told that they don't have any pre-rolls on the MED side but they have the same exact pre-rolls for REC users. But it was 8 for $31. BUT it was an eight pack of the same type (most likely older weed) and not mix and match, and if you want to mix and match it's 5 for $31. And to top it all off if they switch you to the REC side you have to pay 28% tax instead of 8%. Bait and switch tactics. If it's the same exact joint, and they are in stock then they aren't out, they just don't want to honor the price. Save yourself the time and shop elsewhere. Came here right after landing in denver, they had a deal $79 + tax about $98 for an ounce of two choices they had left for the day. There was Flo and Lemon Wheel. We went with the lemon wheel. They weren't the highest percentage thc buy it was super great bud, I got higher than I've ever been before. They had other great deals but I had a lot more dispensaries to checkout. Went to this dispensary to get an ounce only to drive home and find out it is absolutely riddled with seeds. I counted 7 seeds in one nug, and every single bud has at least one seed in it. Strongly suggest not to get your marijuana from this place. I went for 04/20 and had a terrible experience. The location was hard to find for one.. Customer service was unprofessional because they thought i was being rude when I asked to give me my full total b4 i go to the atm. I was forced to go to the atm twice and charged a atm fee twice. The cashier shorted my change by $5 and had to come back for the rest of my money. My ounce was not weighed in front of me and when I got home I had over 20 seeds and tons of stems in my container. The marijuana was very dry and hard. I called later to make a complaint and talk to the owner and people working basically told me that would be impossible. read more

This dispensary was one of my favorites and one that my sisters and I always go to whenever we get Into Denver and have spent hundreds of dollars here. We have never had an issue and the product is good quality, however our last visit on Saturday 8/22/20 was different. Due to COVID I was unable to renew my license, which is pretty much an issue for a lot of people, I had an extension form which is to be presented with the ID and was accepted here days before. On this day an Asian guy with skull rings and a bottle cap vest denied me service, saying it's against the law to accept extensions, which Is not 100% true. Because of COVID extensions should be accepted if within 60 days. My license expired because of COVID and things being shut down, totally my fault I guess. He was super rude about it because he was overwhelmed and busy not to mention whoever the lady's was who was inside taking calls was also rude and not helpful and was getting an attitude when I asked questions. Good thing I finally got an appointment to renew my license after the shutdown but I won't be going back to this place after that experience. read more

Everything thing has changed in terms of procedure due to the corona virus. However, customer service should still be paramount! My boyfriend asked for 8 grams of wax through a telephone order. and when got up to the balcony to retreive the bag he asked the bartender "this is 8 wax's?" Budtender "yes" he opens the bag (also no receipt given) and there two grams of shatter, not 8 grams of wax like he asked for . He goes back to the balcony states this is not what he ordered. She then asks for his receipt and realizes they never gave him one (also illegal ) goes back inside and brings a receipt, along with a dismissal. And each person he interacted with after dismissed him completely basically stating there was nothing they can do and they ran out of wax. One would think if you didnt have a requested product to notify the customer, so they can decide what they spend their money on, right? Especially since products cant be exchanged or refunded. They are basically saying you spend you're money here, and the dispensary will give you whatever they feel you should have. even if it's not what you requested. Then the budtender who rendered the product even ADMITTED his mistake yet there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation??? When we asked for the name of the budtender who made this mistake, who we assume was the manager interjected stating, their employee doesnt have to disclose a name. I am beyond frustrated that there isnt a customer service or corporate number to reach out and correct the situation, and appalled at the level of customer service and the lack of understanding from a consumer standpoint. You'd do better spending $200 dollars at a dispensary that let's you choose what you want. read more
